U-haul area was not very clearly marked and I had made 2 reservations over the phone for a truck that apparently never showed in the system. It was overall a very frustrating process with poor customer service until getting to the pickup location. Also, although the truck itself was clean there was trash all over the pickup lot.Nicole P.

It took about a half hour to finally get the keys for the rental, which dug into my time that I had the truck for. I had to call twice and stay on the phone the entire time to finally get the keys. I opted to rent a dolly and it wasn't in the truck.Rudy A.

U losers emailed me at 11pm the day before picking up the vehicle telling me it was changed to a truck share. Something I specifically ddnt want lol. It cost me about 20 minutes waiting on the pictures and shit to go through the website. Wat a joke, I won't be using uhaul againTim M.
I love that I did not have to deal with some on pickup and did it all on my own. The last lady I rented with at Mr Pong number 2 was atrocious and crazy. This was convenient and easy. The only bad thing was how dirty the interior was. It seemed like it had not been cleaned in a very long time.Justin R.

The truck was stuck between 2 other vehicles so we couldn't get out, we asked the employees at the location to move the cars & they said they had no control over it, we tried calling customer service & we were on hold endlessly and could not reach anyone.Morgan B.
