I had significant reservation issues when trying to pick up the truck. It took me almost 45 minutes to get the truck.

There it was a lot of steps on the phone, too complicated on a moving day. Also our return parking spot was taken by another U-Haul. There was not another option where to park except unauthorized area. It was really stressful, complicated since no staff available to help with the situation. Gas station attendant not helpful at all. U-Haul phone customer service didn’t know what to tell us so felt left on our own to figure it out. Terrible experience. Will not recommend or use this service again.

I ordered furniture pads to be included with my uhaul. They were not included and some of my furniture pieces ended up getting scratched.

I didn't get the packing blankets, dollies, etc. that I paid for - left me scrambling on the morning of a very important move

Many issues with getting the proper key code to retrieve the key from the lock box. Was put on customer service for 20+ minutes. Person inside the gas station had no clue how to help us. Ended up getting into the vehicle 45 minutes after the reservation started.

I had initially wanted to pick up the truck from another facility. When I made a time change, it changed the facility to pick it up without being clear to me. I had to scramble to get to the correct place at the correct time.

Next time a customer comes to pick up a U-Haul in the location (MAKE SURE THE KEYS ARE THERE) don’t leave the customer waiting an hour for someone to bring the keys because then that’s a whole hour off of the time they’ve already paid for. Also, when someone orders a Dolly....MAKE SURE IT’S IN THE TRUCK! I encountered so many issues and this was my first time ever using U-Haul services and I can honestly say it was terrible and I’ll never use their services ever again, I wasted too much time and money and now you guys have the nerve to be charging me a late fee??? I’ve paid $50 already and you’re saying I still owe $101??? After all of the problems and issues I dealt with using this company? I wouldn’t recommend this company to my enemies let alone my family and friends.
