Arrived at this location after I was unable to get trailer at another location due to equipment failure. No one was on at this small location and I could not reach anyone at the phone number provided. Waited an hour for someone to show up after having to go another store in the building to get ahold of someone through personal cell phone. Once someone did show up(sorry I forgot his name) he was great and was able to get me out the door quickly. This was all after speaking on the phone with customer service who was unable to successfully help me and told me this location did not have the trailer I needed. Thankfully I went anyway after I reserved it online because it was obviously there.
Kevin G.Only had 1/8 tank of gas when I picked it up. Had to put gas in before trip. Over gassed putting in so returned with $20 too much gas. Sucked!

William F.The gentleman who is supposed to meet you and give me the keys never showed up. I waited over an hour. Someone finally showed up at the car dealership to help me. The two gentlemen that worked there were delightful. But had nothing to do with U-Haul. Unless you want to pick up your U-Haul in the afternoon, meaning after 10 or 11, I would recommend going somewhere else. Shawn will never show up to do his job. There is a sign on the door that says, “call Shawn for all U-Haul service. He never answers his phone or returns calls. You will end up waiting outside in the cold for anyone to show up to help you. The truck was fine. I would recommend if you're going to pick up at this location to schedule your pick up after 10 AM.
Jason W.There was a great deal of confusion as to which UHaul dealership the trailer was located sending me to three locations in the immediate area. When I arrived I was greeted by a delightful gentlemen who worked for the parent company. After waiting over 30 minutes the UHaul dealer arrived. During the drive from Pa. to Florida each time we stopped for fuel either one or both of tire tie downs would come completely off.

The Uhaul equipment is not run by the business in side the building. There seems to be contention between the current occupents and the landlord/people who run the Uhaul business. I willl NEVER rent from this location again.
Gerard T.The drop off was used car lot and auto repair shop. There was no place to park the truck on the lotâ€"was told to park it on the street. The drop off was not where the trucks were kept, that place was on Mearns St. Just change the drop off address to where the trucks really need to go. It isn't that far away from the used car lot.

adrian P.I asked for an area manager to contact me because renting from UHaul that night was a nightmare. I was supposed to pick up after hours at the 611 location in watminster. THey forgot to leave me the key. Customer service basically hung up on me the first time and when I called back it was a 43 minute wait. It took me 2,5 hours to rent that truck and if I didn't have to take my daughter to college the nexts day I would've have renter elsewhere. 201-317-9855. William R.My whole experience was terrible with Uhaul. I will never use this company again. I made a reservation for 10 am. I had to call the company for them to tell me they didn't have one. Then I traveled 30 min out of my way. No compensation for the inconvenience. Then I was told I would be reimbursed for the unused mileage and days. Which was a lie. But that is what your agent told me. Then I was given a truck that was shaking and not working properly for my 891 mile trip. Then I arrived and after informing the agent of all the issues with the rental and the truck. Nobody cared no one was helpful. All I was met with was misinformed and questions about your equipment. I will never promote your company nor your piss poor equipment. What a disappointing your company is and don't worry. I will be sharing my experience on all social media platforms and all of your rated websites. So thanks for ruining my move from Philly to Atl.

David D.Maybe because my reservation was last minute but had to wait 30 mins for someone to show up to the location to give me the keys to the truck. Once someone arrived, had to go over the entire rental process over, which was inconvenient as I had filled out the rental form online prior to picking up the truck
