There was no one there to tell me how much more I would owe..it came out of my acct.6days after the truck was turned in ..and I was not allowed extra mileage because I wanted to pick up in Boaz al.and instead I had to pick up in Altoona al.then when I asked about dropping off in Gadsden al.which is where I moved to they told me to bring it back to altoona al. So I wad definitely very dissatisfied with my service I will not use u-haul again

Uhaul tried changing me $40 for 2 gallons of gas. It was almost empty when I got it.

The lady told me the wrong day to return the product and now I am being charged.

See pickup location remarks. Additionally, for some bizarre reason the drop off location lady had to use her cell phone for the drop off . She said pickups were done on computer but drop offs had to be done on her cell phone!
