Stacey MThere was no personnel at the location even though I dropped off the equipment during regular business hours. I called two different phone numbers for the agency and both calls went to a voicemail that would not allow a message to be left. I had to return the vehicle using the U-Haul app which took much longer and was more tedious than checking the vehicle in with an on-site agent.
Cole FTrixie at the 28 Moving in Pineville, was extremely helpful in this truck rental. I reserved a truck(one way) and blankets at the Alexandria location three weeks in advance, but was told a few days before they didn't have the truck. I went to get blankets in Alexandria, they didn't have any, but I did see several trucks the size I requested. I was not happy and will NEVER use the Alexandria location in the future. Trixie was able to find a few blankets for me, but we had to drive to a different location to pick them up. Trixie did her best to deflect my frustration about the Alexandria UHaul location, so if anyone needs a rental, I recommend her at the 28 Moving LLC, not Alexandria for drop off rentals.

John SThe GPS doesn't take you to the right place. Continue on that same road for a short distance and you will see the Uhaul place on the your right.

Jonathan LThe gentleman there at 8:30 a.m. was not very knowledgeable. Then Trixie appeared on the scene. By this time I was about to depart. I stopped and put gas in the tank to bring it back up to 3/4 full and latter my credit card was billed for 5 gal of gas, at $60.00. An email shoed that the gauge was not at 3/4. SO! I went to the U Haul on MacArthur Dr, in Alexandria la and talked to the Manager and she cleared up the bill for me.

Debra WJust have better known inventory. No matter where you go at it just says low availability. Yet you can reserve it. Then a customer service agent calls you to say it's not available. Or the site shows not available and pull up and there's beyond plenty. Checkout lady says yea don't use website cause they have no clue what's in stock
