For the next customer U-Haul should be sure to have a truck ready where they send you the first time they sent me to one location and there was no truck and didn't notify me until late that afternoon and I was left in the dark about it and then they sent me to another place and the lady wasn't there she had to come on her day off with her handicap son oust for me to be able to get moved and I appreciate her for doing that

BENNIE S.Again, the company Uhaul was terrible, but the drop off location was fine. Uhaul screwed up my receipt and bill and tried to over charge me. Also, our reservation included 3 days and the director said it was two days. Thankfully, we returned the truck within the two day period although our reservation said 3 days. We should get a return early discount but did not. Additionally, U-Haul scheduling reserved two trucks within two different states for pickup. Had to contact Uhaul and get the scheduling canceled and fixed. This was the worst experience I've had with U-Haul.

JOEL P.The location & people were excellent. The problem is UHaul's prices. We paid $103 just to go 32 miles. You pay the cost for rental, which is to be expected, but to have to pay $.99/mile AND have to refill the gas...that's ridiculous!

earl H.Two issues, one was ‘my fault.' 1. They never really told me, but I saw the fuel gauge was at 3/8. Later when I checked in I noticed the contract reported at 5/8. There's no way it was 5/8 because I only drove about 20 miles and the gauge was at 1/4 when I stopped for fuel. 2. The after hours checkin process is too complicated. My phone died in the middle because I was using data; luckily my son who met me with the car had enough juice so that we could start over.
