The whole experience was awful this, I had truck share set and no truck, had to go to different locations to get truck.
Dennis SI was charged specifically for insurance which I told the owner I did not want to purchase. He went over what the last person damaged on the truck and every showing it to me advising it is best to get it. I again said no. If I wanted it I would have added it myself as I am an insurance adjuster. Called customer service to inform and they only refunded me $6,98 when the charge is $15

ONE the keys to the rental where not in the lock box as they were supposed be,TWO no one answered the number I was given after calling three times someone showed up and retrieved the keys from the lock box.

Kevin DOvercharged 2 extra days that I didn't have the truck. Fuel was incorrect on the invoice. truck had fender damage that was documented and I am being charged an extra $497 today for some reason that need to be resolved alomg with thr extra charges from the rental period.
Chris IThey changed my rental location to a place that was farther and inconvenient. I got a text and phone call but no email confirmation. When I called the new location, I kept getting a busy signal. I was never able to get a hold of anyone at the new location. No one was willing to help at the new location and they kept saying "you have to do it all online." We had to hitch the trailer by ourselves.

Jose II reserved a trailer on Greenville Avenue in Dallas. Then the location was changed to South Dallas. When I arrived no one was there. When they showed up I learned that the trailer was not available so I was sent to another town. When I got to the site no one was there. Finally he showed up and I got my trailer but it was a RIDICULOUS hassle. Not at all impressed.

Mercedes WHad a bad experience with u all one we had a blowout on the transported n we couldn't get no help from the customer service number or the online roadside assistance. We were out of 300 extra dollars to have someone else come n change the tire ..after we have already paid you all over $1 600 dollars n we couldn't get no response from u all..that was not right..we should at least be reimbursed for the tire n are time sitting on the side of the highway for 3 hours trying to get help from you all.. you all should at least have person to assist with roadside assistance not no online stuff that's just crazy I never heard of this AAA don't do this with their roadside assistance...never again....

YAZMIN JNever again will i do business with uhaul. This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any company that I have ever done business with in the 36 yrs I've been alive. I don't even know where to start. To improve for the next customer you should refer them to your competition seeing as how your company is a damn joke.
