EBONY JAbsolutely terrible customer service . I was supposed to pick up in florissant and the day before I was told I had to go to another location . Nobody was able to help me and I was told over the phone by management that nothing could be done and that if I didn't like it I could cancel. This was very upsetting because it put alot of stress on an already stressful situation. I will never go to uhaul for anything ever again.and everyone I spoke with was very rude ...

Timothy AOvercharged for my truck rental, I turned the truck in 15 Minutes after closing time and I was charged for two rental days. Also I believe that this vendor took advantage of me when he found out that I was active duty military. I had to provide two references in order to rent the truck and I never had to do that before at to her uhaul vendors. Overall I felt like I was treated like a convicted felon. I would not recommend this vendor to anybody I know
