The team was very helpful. They took me in on moments notice w a tight inventory to get a truck that suit my needs, worked through variables in the process. I highly recommend the team at 3D auto sales!
Michael PI rate this location as excellent because of the kind and thoughtful service the owners give-every single time. I live near several neighborhood dealers and several Uhaul branded locations. I have options. I stumbled across 3D because they were the only location with the trailer I needed. I won't go anywhere else in SLC-if I can help it. I have a furniture company and use U-Haul cargo trailers quite frequently. The entrance to their lot is a bit tricky but they will help you with it. These guys are great. My first-and usually last-call is to 3D. They earn your business.
SAM SThe truck was clean inside, but the maintenance was not done. The location had very friendly staff, but poor location, and in the back of an adult magazine store. Store was all torn up due to remodel.

karen nWhen i showed up to pick up my rental there was no associate present to help me with my rental. There was a the party gentleman that tried to help by taking down all off my personal and financial information on a piece of paper. Huge fraud concern. This third party person had no clue what he was doing nor did he know where the keys were for my rental. We spent over an hour at this location trying to pick up our rental and the sales associate never showed. Eventually i was helped by an online associate who ultimately helped me get my rental an hour later
Nathan PWhen I picked the trailer up, the tire looked low, and the gentleman said it was fine and had been checked. The tire pressure when checked was 7,5 pounds. They had not checked it and it was prime for an accident. Tire inflated to 63 pounds and the other tire was at 55 pounds, also inflated to 63. Very dangerous checking out a trailer with 7,5 pounds of air in the tire.
Jim PExcellent customer service, Simply the Best you Uhaul experience I've ever had. I usually rent from the larger corporate location one but it's always a total zoo. These guys were great. Definitely will use them again.

Not only that my contact wasn't closed out for 6 weeks. I had to be the one to call and get it taken care of. I will never be using uhaul again. Terrible experience.

Anthony BThe uhaul person was not there and the person in the adjacent video store just wrote down my license info and gave me the keys and did not know what was going on. This was after the original location where I was supposed to pick up the truck did not have it there and did not notify me until I showed up and also told me they are not a uhaul dealer and could not help me even though there is a "authorized uhaul dealership" sign in their store.

melanie jWhile I would recommend the location they didn't have the 15 ft truck I wanted. The move took longer and I had to make several trips to move my items. That resulted in going over my estimated miles and being charged a few bucks more.
Christopher BThe person who gave me the Uhaul when I first picked it up was very nice. The person who I dropped it off to was one of the rudest people ever. I parked the Uhaul in the wrong spot apparently(there are no signs indicating where to park) and then he runs out of the store yelling at me and asking if I'm incompetent and I haven't even talked to the guys yet. After I moved the truck to the correct spot he said I "parked like shit" then proceeded to take the keys from me and repark it at which point I just walked away and left. Location was good but if I could rate the staff it would be a 0/5
Bridger FMy experience was good. Customers in front of me reserved a dolly but the location didn't have one. I imagine that was frustrating.

Stephanie DThe truck was absolute crap! It was dirty on the inside (as in...never have been cleaned or even wiped down). The passenger side mirror didn't work, it wouldn't stay in place. The steaming wheel didn't come down. No ramp (even though there is a place for one). The whole truck jumped forward when I stepped on the brakes; it felt like the brakes were not functioning right. I will never rent from Uhaul again, nor will I ever recommend Uhaul as an option to others. IT WAS UHAUL WHO SWITCHED LOCATIONS FROM MY ORIGINAL RENTAL PLACE DOWNTOWN. 3-D Auto shouldn't be in business!
