Uhaul rep here was cool as hell and very accommodating, I will rent from here in the future for sure.

I ordered 12 blankets and received 6. I ordered a dolly and received two furniture dollies instead. It was an after normal hours of operation. There should have been sone notification that the requested items were not available. If you can go during business hours you will probably be ok.

Shawn PinegarThe reason I rate it poor - there was NO ONE there. I did as requested to call but no one came to the location. First I left without dropping off the trailer and went to a "Real UHaul" dealership. I was informed that all I had to do was drop the trailer and take photos of the drop off. I went back and dropped the trailer as instructed. I did not like it - it seems a poor way to do business. In the future I will only schedule drop off at a real Uhaul location. On the property other individuals were present not affiliated with the business working on other personal vehicles. Not a business molded I embrace. If this is a direction of business that Uhaul embraces I will look to another similar company in the future. Or make sure I deal with a full Uhaul location rental AND Return when the rental is one way.

Mary OrtegaEverything was fine except for returning it. The app would not work, it kept streaming circles. Then it would direct me to call number associated with returning the truck and no one would answer. I spent probably 30 minutes going in circles until I finally just went ahead and went inside the facility and was told that all I have to do is put my key in the box. Not the best experience returning. Also I could not figure out how much gas I was supposed to put back into the truck as I didn't pay attention when I first got it which I should have. But I didn't and couldn't figure it out. Dumb me dumb them dumb dumb

Michael BeardYou closed early and didn't tell us nor did you provide any info on how to return through the website. We had to call another location and it took an extra 45 minutes to figure out the return, delaying our plans for the evening.

I returned it with more gas then what was in it when I picked it up. Once returned I was Charged and the customer representative Chris Valderrama Manager was rude.I only rented from Uhaul (loyal customer) and now I won't rent from them anymore because of the way I was treated today. I spent over $600 on this rental alone, I have spend thousands of dollars with Uhaul and they disrespectful me because I followed the directions of their representative. The people they have working for them is costing thousands to save $40 .
clarence banksthey charged me 136,88 for 12 hrs. I ordered a dolly and a furniture dolly. They only had the furniture dolly still charged me me for the appliance dolly. There's a $20 charge if the truck is brought back after hours. I brought it back like 30 mins late so I'm good right? Nope next day there's a $170 charge. You think they tried to fix it? nope
Jade CooperThis was not an official U-haul dealership. It was very disorganized and not inviting, at all. We had one interaction with an individual, who only told us to park around back and do the self check-in. This was exactly why I avoided this type of place when I chose my return location. U-haul contacted me and asked me to drop off there, instead. The self check-in was pretty painless. It made me nervous just dropping off a trailer at an odd location.

There was a riffle leaning behind the counter, and guy was loitering in the business trying to sell me tools. I have rented from Uhaul for years. This was horrible. My first reservation could not be filled and I was sent to Tempe, and that trailers lights did not work so they sent me to the business I just described

ralph rentzelI reserved truck and trailer for Payson pickup well in advance. UHaul called me 2 days before pick up and told me I had to drive to Tempe Az taking 3 hours out of time I did not have. No compensation for my time or even the additional $100 or so of gasoline expense. If I can not rely on UHaul I will use Penske.

Miranda ForemanI had reserved a 5x9 trailer 4 weeks in advance at McClintock location and received a phone call and text confirming it's availability the day before pickup. On day of pickup, at 8:30 am I was told the trailer was not available! But was told the only 5x9 trailer in the lot was reserved and not available for my reservation. The sales person then transferred my reservation to this location inconvenient to me to drive to get another trailer! WHY offer reservations if you will not honor them?!
James DavidMaintain equipment. Have trailer loaded and ready at pick up time. Have knowledge on equipment use and hook up. All trailer tires were deflated by at least 20 psi per tire. Extremely dangerous when towing.

rachel delatorreThe owner of this place did not know that he needs to add an extension to hook my car electric's line with the trailer. He claimed first that my car's line was too short to reach to the retailer one. Then he claimed that my breaks lights was off and he sent me to Auto zone to fix it without any need for that. According to auto zone sales person my breaks were functioning very well and no need to do anything. The problem fixed after the owner called an expert who told him to add an extension. He wasted 2 hour plus of my time in a very hot weather for no good reason other than he did not know how to do the job properly. Very poor situation.

Tirey GippI went to pickup and the depot was closed. Waited for an hour and nobody showed up. Came back again after an hour and still no one. And to make matters worse they charged me for the rent when i wasnt even allowed to pick up my reserved truck.
Rohit KrishnakumarCalled three separate times to the location to change my rental time pickup, never updated the app. Had to finally call the 1-800 number to get it adjusted. When I arrived there was one worker there who had zero customer service skills - very annoyed they had to help me when online check in was not working properly. This was a laundromat that rents vehicles on the side. I reserved and pre-paid for a furniture dolly which, of course, was not available. All they had were appliance dollies so they charged me more for that.
Greg BrewerHorrible experience. Lady said truck was 7/8 at gas and it was barely half. I booked dolly and 20 furnace sheets 2 weeks ahead and she just plainly told me she didn't have it. I asked her to get some and she said no. She also added extra insurance on the booking even though I denied it when booking it. Horrible horrible experience
