The guys I worked with were fantastic, but the truck I got is advertised at $20/day and I paid 110 for 4 hours, not even including the gas I put in it to avoid additional charges. I got $20 base fee + $15 for insurance + $10 for a dolly. Who even knows why my bill was more than double that!Hayley R.

Despite it being his day off, he went above and beyond to provide stellar service on a Sunday, which is a testament to his exceptional work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction. I didn't catch the gentlemans name, but he remembered me from the last time I rented a uhaul from 3H Express about 4 months ago and he was super nice both times and very accommodating.Kaya W.
The workers were very friendly and helpful. You need to put on the app that the location is upstairs on the side of the cafe. It's a little hard to find.Thea E.
Parking lot was not designed for large trucks, had to double park in driveway. Office was very hard to find. Personal did not show any identification and was dressed in tennis shoes and sweat pants. Did not do a walk a-round and sent me a charge for gas, when I filled it to the exact level that I received it at. Will never use this location.Brent A.
Location was not open at scheduled time of pickup which was an hour after recorded open time. When I went to return the truck I could hear the worker in the back but he never came to the front no matter how much noise was made or how many times the doorbell to alert a customer went off.Sally S.

It's hard to locate their office since it's inside the building on the 2nd floor. They also forgot to put the moving blankets in the truck. But otherwise they were hood.Loretta W.

I had a very serious issue with check out not realizing that I was gonna have to get all of these pictures of the interior and not be able to upload them. I had taken the pictures upon arrival before starting the checkout process. Once the process began I ended up in the cab three or four more times to take more pictures, every time having to put the key in the ignition so I could see the gas and see the mileage. Upon exiting the vehicle the final time I that accidentally locks the key in the ignition. I was unable to put it in the dropbox. If I had been able to upload the photos that I had previously taken this would not have been an issue. So I'm a little frustrated by that part of the process right nowCatherine R.

I sat and waited for someone for over and HOUR!!!! i came in at 4:30 and had to leave and come back and the guy told me he was leaving early so come back at 6 to meet his sister. I waited until 6:55 before I was helped by anyone because the guy forgot to tell his sister to come in, shocker. And then I was expecting to have to pay only 40 bucks because that's why it said was due at pick up and come to find out it was 160 bucks, a 100 dollar deposit was never mentioned anywhere. I won't ever use uhaul again, the professionalism is very poor.Tyler K.

Use the electronic pickup version. The instructions were completely wrong. Said the pickup boxes on the north side of the building when it was on the south side of the building. The key for the truck I was supposed to use was not available and spent 25 minutes on the phone arranging a new truck. Will not return to this location.Kirk B.

After renting from Uhaual and getting my receipt they continued to charge my debit card for 3 months. I had already paid them. I will never rent from this business again. Called the location where I rented from and they told me to call the customer service because they don't charge cards. Still trying to get my money back they over charged me for 3 months later.LAKIA W.

I had a reservation at a different location at 8:30 and was then told I had to pick up at this location and they didn't even open until 9am. It was also difficult to know where to go when you arrivedJennifer C.
Don't let customers rent things that they don't have available. I needed an appliance Dolly, which why I was renting a Uhaul in the first place. Online it let me reserve, once I got there, I was told they didn't have it. I also reserved my Uhaul for 9am pick up and no one showed up until 915. So tacky.Adam S.

We used the 24/7 service and checked in via mobile. The keys were not attached to the truck (as in picture). We found the keybox and the combination we were given worked. Inside was a key, but it didn't go with the truck we had. So we had to wait for the UPS office to open--about 20 minutes. The employee was super friendly and gave us the right key within minutes.Michael R.

The parking area is very small / crowded. It would be way too easy to hit another vehicle. The windows were way dirty. The person working was very helpful.Brenda E.

The truck was dirty, and wipers had no rubber blades. The milage, and gas meter were different than the rental agreement stated. I had to call the person who gave me the key to notify, and received two different receipts for my rent. The worst experience I ever had that I rent every month for over six years.Maung M.
