Awaken Divinity were awesome. They were super friendly and helpful. They even had my truck warmed up and ready to go upon arrival. I highly recommend this company.

This was 36 miles out of my way but was my only option. It worked out ok. Access to nearby highways was fine. The driveway around the building had some big holes in it. I used the online pick up so I can't comment on the staff there. The truck was clean and nicely prepared, so I'm appreciative of their efforts.

Location was not open 45 minutes after they were supposed to be, confusing parking lot and entrance

The facility is not all that impressive but the customer service sure was! The staff was extraordinarily thoughtful in making sure I was taken care of.

close this site. it was terrible, worst i ever seen. no equipment to rent or buy. they had a RAGE ROOM and sold items to smash. no boxes, no packing equipment. had to go get my truck from another center. dirty, no organized. very very poor image for UHaul. i will not be using UHaul for my next move if it looks like this place. terrible terrible service and center. you should be embarassed.

With Covid, I understand people are less available.

Clean the glass and console, coffee spells from previous rentals ,phone charge cord left in cab makes it appear as it was never cleaned inside the cab

Online checking in and drop off was fairly east to do but took a few minutes to adjust to checkin/truck pickup procedure.
