I initially rented from another location in Tuttle, OK. I had done everything online in the hopes of speeding up the process. Instead when I arrived, there was nobody there. So I called the number and was told I had to go to 4 Stop to rent the equipment. Because the proprietor was running a convenience store and the rental place what should have been 5 minutes turned into 30-45 minutes. One, because they had to transfer the car trailer to 4 stop and everything I had done online to speed up the process was lost and had to be redone, not on a computer, but the owner’s phone! It was the worst experience I had renting from U-Haul.

Person was 45 min to 1 hr late. I called uhaul and person answered and put me on a 40 min hold and never came back. Did not get but a tiny slip of paper for rental. No walk around. Horrible experience will not rent again or recomend to anyone. Even took back one day early and still owed money !! Also emails don’t open half the time. I really would like my money back cause this was a very poor experience!

I had to clean truck before I could use it and the didn't even credit me $25 but if I would have returned it like I got it they would have charged me so depends on where you get it from

It would have been nice to have a receipt for the return of the truck but they were using smart phones to do the transactions with no printer available, Waiting for an conformation email is not conducive to a business environment and could be "to late" to notice something and get it corrected.

Related to neither location, my call to the customer service representative was not a good experience. As I tried to explain the situation, the service representative implied that I was a liar and made many passive aggressive comments. After being transferred to the manager things went better. The manager was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Please review the recording for the conversation with the initial customer representative as I feel disciplinary action should be taken.

I rented the trailer at 10 am and returned it at 8 pm. Got charged for 2 days. I wish I was told if I didn’t bring it back by a certain time I would get charged another day.

I had absolutley no issue with the location where I picked up the rental. My issue is with the online reservation program and information. I asked multiple times about the deposit, cost, process, my financial responsibility and got very vague answers or none at all. So, I waiting until I picked up the truck. I was told ALL of my questions there. PLUS I was told the 80.46 charge a the time I picked up the rental was basically a HOLD and would not be processed. But, that the final bill when the truck was returned would be charged at this time and the 80.46 would fall away. This did not happen. I am now without any funds since I only allotted approximately 130.00 for the ebtire rental ; which was 127.83. The lady at 4Stop was pretty close on her estimate. None of this is on 4Stop. My whole dissatisfied experience is with UHaul. I know I am just one customer in thousands. But, your online reservation service and no human contact is very lacking.
