The place was conveniently located less than a mile from Rte 29, which allowed me to get on/off the highway right to the location. Also, they accept the keys after hours (up to 10:30 pm after night at the gas station which is wonderful because I couldn't come back earlier. However, I didn't realize until later that I could have clicked on the link on the U-Haul text and documented that I dropped it off (you have to be at the drop-off location so that it can be confirmed via geolocation). The best part was the personnel working there. They were very polite, pleasant and very gracious. They had the truck ready at the time of pick up. It was clean with a full tank of gas and ready to go. I just had to make sure to fill it up again before I came back.

Our drop off location had no after hours key drop off. Even though both online and a rep on the phone verified it could be dropped off there after hours. This left us stressed and stranded circling a closed gas station 10 times on new years eve.

The truck needs mechanical work. I've rented numerous trucks, large to small in the past, And this truck was horrible. Seems to be running high RPM's, and plenty of noise when stopped or idling.

Nothing. Last week we rented a U-Haul van, this week we rented a small U-Haul truck. Same great service by the same great guy. He's really cool. Just like the van the truck's tank was full. Some rental companies are dishonest, however, at this location you get great honest care. I'd recommend this location to everyone.

I'd never driven a van before. I was scared. My good buddy who works there gave me a tutorial. I nailed it. The entire staff is extremely kind. It was awesome. Forget a 10I give this location 100 %.

More expensive than anticipated: was expecting around $140-150, ended up being $210. Not all fees are explicitly stated upfront. The truck they first gave me keys for also had low tire pressure when I first got in; Had to return the key for that one and get a different truck.

I reserved a 15' truck which they rented out to a walk in the evening before knowing full well it was reserved for a 10AM pick up. Due to the fact I had a moving crew arriving by 11 I had no choice but to take a 10' truck. There weren't any 15' or larger truck available until the afternoon. This forced me to make additional trips with the loss of space resulting it additional costs for the moving crew. The mother daughter team that were there when we arrived could have cared less. The daughter wouldn't even get up off her chari and couldn't be heard clearly because of the bullet proof glass. In addition, the truck that I was given had a lot of front-end vibration to the point that if you went above 55mph the whole front end shook. The vibration was enough that you had no choice but slow down. I have rented from U-Haul many times in the past however, I will never return to this location to rent anything

This is the worst U-Haul experience that I have ever had. U-Haul has been my choice of rental companies over the last 35 years. This location was not my usual place of rental and this was not the treatment previously experienced. The people do not inform you of the situation until you are there to pick up the truck. I was use to detailed explanation on the rental and unlimited mileage on the standard truck rental. I was informed that there was only a 25 miles allowance and anything additional was 0,99 center per mile. This was not communicated upfront. It was only disclosed when was confirming that it was unlimited mileage. When I inquired about a On-Way Rental because of the distances that I had to travel, they discouraged it. If it was not for not having another option at this time and the need to pick up the furniture, I would have cancelled the entire transaction. I was charged for gas when I filled the tank back to the original level with my Visa Credit Card in the amount of $25.00, which I have a receipt. I have a good mind to dispute the charges on my Credit Card, however I am going to pay the bill. That's the kind of quality person that I am. I will never rent from this location and I will find out if all of the U-Hauls have this policy. I will also discourage my family and friends and let them know of my recent experience. I have used U-Haul services over many years for personal and business moves. The location at the old BP Station on Baltimore National Pike in Ellicott City is the best. Fast, convenient, friendly, and provides excellent customer service.

Be honest with the mileage usage. I was charged for about 20 miles more than I used.

We were provided a phone number to call and we tried calling repeatedly and no one ever answered. I finally had to call the 800 number for UHaul. Then when we went to drop off, we didn't receive any receipt. We finally took a picture of the truck hoping that would suffice as confirmation of return.

I answered yes if I would recommend this location but they charged me more than my quoted bill on my receipt after I paid but it was corrected the next day, I don't know why that even happened, other than that I was satisfied.

Friendlier customer service. Very generic and uncaring. More interested in running their retail store than helping with the rental process. Not very clean.

During my move in, people were walking back and forth through my move in bay area, without using their pass codes at the door. This was a potentially dangerous situation since I was moving heavy boxes with a hand truck off the ramp of a truck. There appeared to be one attendant on duty, who appeared to be preoccupied with cleaning duties rather than securing the facilities bay doors and entrance. These security and safety concerns are noticeable. Please address theses issues. Merci.

I used the mobile pick up and was not aware that I would need to be verified by two other people. Most people don't answer their phone if they don't know who it is so I had to call these two people ahead of time to tell them a call was coming. I wish I had known the day before that I would have to get other people involved so I could let them know
