Dan is very aggressive. It was very hard for me to get him to unlock my storage once I paid my balance so that I could move. He made me wait two days to unlock my unit because he said that he was busy but I called early and during business hrs both days. He was in Salisbury the first day and told me that he would open it when he feels like it because I should have paid him early in the day (3 days ago) instead of in the evening when I had the time. On the final morning I called him at 7am to have him unlock my storage again because I had been trying to move for days and I wanted to give him enough time to open my storage instead he cussed at me like we were in a street fight and yelled at me for 10 minutes over the phone because I told him that at this point this was becoming an inconvenience. Dan And Lynn will never get my business again! They really aren't friendly or very business minded.
