Place wasn't open but they were helpful and frendly when we called the day before to verify we could drop off the unit there.

michael C.No one was there huge parking lot . No idea wwre to put trailer . When i did unhook . I hadnt realized pavement was on a slant . Trailer rooled . Fortunately a curb stopped it from going into a large deep ditch. They need to msrk a safe return area
RICHARD M.When I placed my order online I checked the box for no coverage but when I received my email for the invoice I seen that I had been charged. I called and tried to get the issue resolved with u hauls customer service but ended up just wasting my time. Also after about 30 minutes into my 8 hour drive the a/c stopped working, so that made for a long ride going down the interstate at 70 mph with both windows down. By the time I got to where I was going my head was absolutely busting from all the noise. I have to say I am absolutely disappointed in my first u haul experience, primarily due to customer support and equipment failure. Seems like I paid a lot of money for nothing but a headache, and when I talked to another u haul employee on the phone when I dropped the truck off at my destination I told her about the a/c and about the warranty and asked if there was anything she could do to compensate me for my troubles she just blew me off. I have no issues at all with the pickup or drop off locations, they were very nice.. Very poor customer service I must say on u hauls end, I will probably be telling others about my experience to save them the hassle.

Timothy J.The location was totally fine. Literally the customer service with U-Haul and checking in on the phone and checking out on the phone was a complete disaster. I had hired movers and it took us over 2 hours to get into the truck because of the app in the way you need to check in. And once I called because I had a problem checking in with my phone and website I was on hold for over 30 minutes and then I got a text with some sort of direct line which I called but then I literally had to go through the entire rental process again so if I'm required to reserve it online I do not understand why I literally had to go through the entire process all over again over the phone repeat my credit card number multiple times and fill out the contracts again and everything it was literally a disaster. The lady on the phone had me trying 8 or 10 different codes and none of them were working. Like I said it has nothing to do with the location because it was more of a pickup and drop off when this place was closed. It all had to do with my U-Haul experience was absolutely terrible. I was on hold for over an hour the woman on the phone was nice but it still took over an hour to get this truck. Since you cannot reserve it over the phone and only online it was just a complete disaster. I almost prefer just using our pickup trucks and making multiple trips next time I will never use U-Haul again.
