The location was located in an undesirable area next to a Dunkin donuts where there were about 15 super up cars with 40 kids drinking and smoking things thorough hookas. It was scary. The police came to arrest someone while we were there. Out entire experience with haul was horrible. We had to call the main line about 15 times and a number of times got conflicting information or were just not told things l like: never told the truck did not have a bench seat, never told I was limited in mileage, incorrect information as to blankets, never told I could return the truck after hours, then when told the operator couldn't tell me what locations was an after hours location, next day told the location I as given (quite far away) I was told there was no after hours drop off when there was. When I asked a question twice via chat the operator ended the chat without answering. A totally horrible experience. You need better- informed staff, better drop off location, to say the least. The worker didn't know I was supposed to be dropping the truck off, even though it was on the receipt. Uhaul has called me twice now asking where I dropped the truck off, which makes no sense since I chose the drop off location when I originally booked itSamuel B.

This location is very difficult to drive to as it took over an hour to reach with road closures when the drive should have been 20 minutes.Kyle B.

The uhaul had no gas when I got it also made me pay to fill it up which cost money then it did not have any USB to charge my phone and person did not tell me that and my phone died which caused me to get lost and have to pay dor the over mile. And it was way more moneySabirah S.
I was glad to have real people who care and understand your feelings about the little things in our everyday life and at that point I felt it wasn't a business transaction it was like talking to a friend who you haven't seen in years and yes I gots refund because they made my stress leave so I can focus on my move if this was act they deserve a Oscar!Melvin H.
The car was filthy in a covid centered climate the truck was clearly not cleaned based off the amount of trash left in it. The truck had minimal gas and the outlet didn't work in it.RANA B.

The place and staff are great, however when i did everything on line and received confirmation, I still had to do steps at location that took more time, it kind of defeated the point of doing the reservation on line.Laurie C.

I made a reservation for 8am to noon. After confirming the reservation three days before. The day before I received multiple calls from Walt in the regional office informing me that the location did not open till 10am, then 10:30 and finally noon. Walt was incredible helpful In arranging for me to pick up the keys the night before. It turns out that the location, Quick Stop, is a late night bodega type business. When I arrived the music was blaring like a dance club, staff was not wearing masks and they were clearly unfamiliar with the uhaul computer system. I could barely hear the the attendant. I had arranged with them to leave the van overnight due to the lack of parking at the home I was moving out of. I returned the next morning to find the van stuck behind a second uhaul had been larked nose to nose. I barely managed to maneuver the uhaul out. When I returned the van, the attendant was not wearing a mask. In all of my years renting from uhaul this was my worst experience. Walt was a life saver. I do not think that QuickStop is an appropriate uhaul location. I believe that at a minimum your retail establishments should follow the state law, which requires everyone to wear face masks inside businesses, staff should know one to work the uhaul computer systems and it should be a pleasant experience for the customer. None of this is the case with QuickStop.Jeremy H.
