The workers were I credibly rude and they estimate coat they told me was 88 and the final bill was 160! When i asked them why the price was double the estimate he got very hostile and raised his voice at us. It was all around a horrible experience

Mohammed MeydhaneAt no point did I ask for the insurance but I seem to have been billed for it. I was told to fill it to 1/4 and I would be reimbursed for the gas. So, I put in $10. How am I supposed to guess how much will take it from 1/8 tank to 1/4? So, no credit for the gas even though I paid the mileage fee. If the store would say something clear that can be done like, "Put in 30 liters." I would have been happy to do so.

Donald MCNAUGHTONThe person behind the counter told me they were open until 10 p.m. Then asked if I would have it back in time. I had booked the truck from 730 - 300 a.m. and was confused as to why it was implied I had to have the truck back before the closing time of his convenience store. He then said it because someone needed it in the morning. I started to make phone calls to try and arrange more help with my move and at different dates/times other than what I had planned because I was given the impression I wasn't allowed to book it past the store's closing. When I told the person behind the counter that I wouldn't have it back before 10 pm, rather had booked it until 3 am and would have to cancel; he said "Oh we have a key box at the side of the building" 30 min of my move time wasted with undue stress trying to change my plans because the store clerk wanted the truck back before his closing time is unacceptable.

Selvan SINNADURAIInitially, the check-in process was confusing, untill i got into the app and slowly walk through the process. I it turned out easier than I had anticipated. The check out process was confusing, and I needed help from the attendant; as the app would take the mileage number inputted. I had left my remote control door openers in the unit, which was re-rented when I returned to retrieve them. The attended was most helpful locating the truck, and worked with the new renter to allow me to pick up the remote from their location. Many thanks. Yes, I'm very happy with the experience, I'll use U-Haul again when I need another truck. Thanks

Armin TrischukI only drive less then 5 km then also person charges me additional $ 18 as fuel charges although he charge $7 on my bill when he give delivery to me. As per U-Haul website it's only 0,79 per km but he charges 1,27 per km and additionally $ 18 as fuel charges so my experience is very bad

Seyed Salar Mirikhoozani- the place did not have the utility and the furniture dolly that i ordered (even though they were available online when I ordered them) when told they were unavailable i was told that the cost "may be taken off" or that I could use 45 minutes of my uhaul time to drive to their main location to get them from there - only after finalizing the uhaul rental was I told that this location only took credit card and not cash or debit, which was advertised on the site when I ordered the uhaul and therefore i had to have someone else pay because (as stated as the website) a credit card was not required - overall, please monitor the equiptment at this location as well as the people overseeing it. this was my first time using Uhaul for moving and I will unlikely use it again, it was a hassle and everything (except the actual truck) was unavailable even though it showed available online at the pick up location when I ordered it. I highly do NOT recommend obtaining a uhaul or even attempting to rent it from this location.

Jasna smrckovicI had ordered a dolly and moving blankets. Neither of them were in the truck. If neighbourhood locations can't accommodate equipment requests, the system should let the customer know. The truck was filthy. Inside and out. I understand it doesn't have to be pristine, but the inside of the cab and the storage area should be clean. The truck worked fine, but the engine light came on in the latter half of the trip.
Paul WymingaTo all customers, please take the time to take pictures of your rental. When I returned the unit I rented , if not for the pictures I had taken, I would have been bill 150 dollars for a chipped windshield. The rental was very dirty. Mud, cigarette ashes, and dirty windows. The head lights and tails lights were covered in mud as well. If there were other rental options at the time, I would have definitely went elsewhere!
Debra RUSSELLThis unit was dirty, interior was dirty, loading compartment had damage which was dangerous. The exterior was dirty, and spray painted. And unit had low fuel. Upon leaving unit car load of people showed up unprofessionally and was unsure if I could trust them to take unit from me. And proceeded to do so. Over all experience not great.
Troy LehrI did a trip out of town two weekends in a row exact same trip both times but rented my Uhauls from two different suppliers.) This location tried to charge me nearly twice as much as I had been charged the previous weekend. They said I COULD have gotten it for less if I had asked BEFORE signing the contract… I disputed and they reduced the cost. but it took a lot of arguing. Vehicle condition: Seal on door was torn off and the interior of the vehicle was in rough condition. Breaks were also in poor condition (delayed stop.)

David MyersEmployee did not seem like they knew what they were doing, the experience did not fill me with confidence. They were probably not trained enough, as they were presumably just staff for the convenience store and are not representative of U-Haul. They couldn't answer our questions, their customer service experience was subpar, and their machine was slow (not the employee's fault). They essentially made us do a mobile pick up, as we got texts to links from U-Haul to add a driver and do the inspection, although I specifically did not choose the mobile pickup option since I didn't have data on my phone. The interior of the vehicles were clean but the exteriors were not (bugs splattered on the front), which isn't a big deal. This location would probably be convenient if the customer lived near and didn't mind doing a mobile pickup. It is not the location we picked however, so we had to drive 25 minutes more than we wanted.

In total it is a good place, and they are young people who must be supported. I wish you many successes!!!!
Cesar RendonI have dealt with UHaul for years but this time was terrible I booked a 20ft ended up with a 15 ft it went up to Kelowna to move my ex down to Edmonton when I got to the uhaul dealer she said they had switched the pick up to 107 ave because the truck I booked had been stolen although she had the truck backshe couldn't give it to me went down to 107 ave after filling out the paper wor he infoed me it had to be returned in 24 hours I said you got to be kidding I booked a truck in May for return trip I was so mad told him you guys need to get your shit together I left the store got to my car told my son what was going on when the guy came out the side door said he had a truck thats when I found out it was a 15ft and not the 20ft I had booked my ex had to leave thousands of dollars in furniture

Then when I returned they refused to come check the odometer or the gas fill level. And of course they charged me extra for fuel even though I had filled up before dropping the truck off. Complete scam!
Michael AndersonUhaul has the customer service standards of a state-owned Soviet Union business in 1985. I would never have bothered with them except that I was moving to a rural location so I didn't have much choice. I booked a truck online and selected mobile pickup because I needed to pick it up before the location was open. But when I logged into pick it up, my account was telling me that I needed to wait until the location opened to pick it up. I went anyway on the off chance that I could pick it up. Luckily, the location was open even though it's website said they were closed. But then, even though I had already supposedly paid for everything and done the online check-in process, I had to spend another half hour doing more processing, giving them a scan of my license and paid an extra $40 mystery fee! Bloody annoying. This place is in a super sketchy neighbourhood and their main trade seems to be in bongs and weed. Just what you want to see when you're renting a vehicle from someone! So I rented the truck finally and was driving from Edmonton to Golden, so through the mountains, in the middle of winter. Luckily the roads were good that day because after I arrived I discovered that the tires were as bald as a little old man's head. If there had been snow, I likely wouldn't have made it up the hills and might have been hit by other vehicles. Now I don't blame the guy at the 4Ever convenience store for this - he was probably too high to notice. But someone with less marijuana in their system might have checked this. I'm just completely annoyed and disgusted with Uhaul. What a terrible company. Hire movers if you can, it's not that much more money and you avoid risking your life.

The uhaul was dirty, had broken glass in it, they didn't put the dollies I paid for in there, and when I needed to come back for help with the uhual they were just randomly closed. So we had to figure out our own dollies. Take their uhuals away from them, this is completely unprofessional.
