It is a remote location, and no one on location. I had preregistered on line the night before with my credit card, uploaded pictures of my lic. etc. I received a reservation number. I went to the location the next day (in a snow storm) no one there, no number to call, and was trying to use the online instructions for the u-haul app. Phoned for help, was transferred and was progressing through phone instructions when I was disconnected. Another call, went through all the same process, had to upload my lic and reenter credit card again, because u-haul app wouldn't work, had to go on line to u-haul....all in all, 2,5 hours into my move I got into the truck for the first time. Now that I have been through it, I would do it again, but not the added stress I needed and delay for a moving day...where people were on the clock at both ends. No instructions on site or in email reservations from the night before. I would have gone elsewhere if I knew before hand that it was an unstaffed location. While I was fumbling around out side trying to sign up, or get help, a guy walked up and told me he was told over the phone ( by u-haul) that there was going to be someone at the store to facilitate his requirements for a truck....he left saying he was going to go to Home depot. The system works, but I did not want to learn anything new on moving day. Funny thing is....they have a big sign out front saying they don't take cash....with no one there...that should have been obvious.

The truck wasn't very clean on the inside. The location was convenient, but I would have preferred to pick up and drop off with a live person as opposed to the lock box.

If you off 9am in store pick up then be there for 9am. This was horrible customer service and it delayed me 2 hour for my day. The phone number for that location was pointless and it wasn't even the number foe the uhaul ppl it was for the restaurant

The vehicle was very dirty. The cost for a cargo van for 3 hours was almost $100.00. I was charged for a lot of gas money, when I have pictures that the gas barely moved.

We did not receive the moving blankets/pads we ordered with the truck. The truck was parked way off to the other side of the building (at a different business) around a corner, and we couldn't find it for over 20 minutes until a customer service rep we had called told us where it was parked.

The app to pick up the truck took way too long and not user friendly. The truck that was ordered 3 weeks in advance was not available when needed so we had to drive an extra 2 hours to have the truck. We were then charged for the extra milage that we were forced to drive with the truck. Not to mention the extra gas that was used that we had to pay for.

Went to pick up my van and they said they didn't have it - no one called me to tell me this and the U-Haul app still said to go to this location. The only solution provided was ro drive and extra 40min away from my destination to get a van - woman on support call said she would text me to give me the address - she didn't send this until over an HOUR later -

They had no vehicle ready and they did not even inform me in advance But the customer service got me another vehicle in other station nearby and it was excellent service, thanks to Uhaul great cusstomer service

Your policy regarding overfilling of the tank sucks. It was moving day, so when my fiance (who doesn't drive) hopped out to fill the tank, I was on the phone with our lawyer and couldn't flag for him not to fill the tank. We only needed to put $20 in the tank - we only drove a total of about 25km - but he, thinking it was like other rental places, filled it. Then, when we took it back to the depot on Mississauga St. In Orillia, we were told that your policy is that you don't credit for an overfill. So, we're out $36 bucks over what we should have put in the car to top it up to the place on the gauge where the fuel was when we took it out that morning.

Like every peice of equipment your locations rent out from there's always problems with your equipment. Sometwis always broken or about to break, not clean, or the price changes. I only use your organization when I absolutely have to. Your stuff is junk compared to other rental outfits, and your milage charges are criminal!

Code the online reservation to reject Virtual Visa accounts. I arrived expecting to use it, but was forced to find a willing friend to use their credit card. Stressful, and avoidable! Otherwise the rep was courteous and respectful of my situation.

The size of truck I reserved wasn't available. Gave us another truck but cut our time down and had to return it with 2 hours less time than originally reserved. Was quoted a specific cost per km but charged a higher cost. A little bit disappointed but got the move done.

Reservation was correct. Truck was ready and clean and full of fuel. Return was as promised. No hidden charges. Will recommend again.

There was never anyone there to answer the phone when I tried to call and confirm the details of the reservation nor when they had not put the moving blankets in the vehicle as per the rental. I did try during their published operating hours. When I returned the vehicle the doors were locked, again during published operating hours on the UHaul website.

U-haul called less than 24 hours before our reservation to tell us that they didn't have a vehicle. They offered one solution that was virtually impossible and left us scrambling to find a u-haul. After sitting on hood for over 20 minutes. Terrible customer service.

Totally ridiculous that I booked a truck and they only had a van available. The guy also told us that 3 people showed up the day before for the same truck they had all rented. He blamed it on the online booking so then I suggest they fix the problem. It was very unprofessional

I did not interface with anyone initially as I did a drop box completion. I did call back to let them know of the poor condition of the rental. They told me that I was being charged an extra $7 dollars for extra mileage even though I was redirected from my booked pick up centre to another that dealt with one way. I was supposed to have had extra mileage applied but I guess it was not done Suggestions 1. fix website booking to allow only one way trips to use certain locations.. .

Difficult to give a rating on location as it was closed and I used the mobile app to open and close the order. The help line was great in helping me thru the mobile checkin. One issue was that the parking lot was all ice and very dangerous to walk or drive on. I got in and out okay but the next customer got stuck.

I was missing the equipment asked for. The location is closed on the day I had to move so I did mobile pick up. The additional equipment / supplies were not in the back of the truck as I was led to believe. But I have dealt with this location before in person and everything went well.

We paid for roadside assistance and lost our keys. Took 3 days to get new ones and our furniture was left in the January rain for over 3 days. They never called when they said they would - never answered the phone. Assured us they would help and do something and then leave us for 12 hours in the rain. Ruined about 15 000 worth of furniture. Just remember that when you pay for the extra road side assistance - they left us in the rain for 3 days.
