I entered my towing vehicle informatiin on the app & the information of the cargo. The app paired me with a cargo trailer . I checked in and paid before I arrived. I went inside told them my name Sheen's Bland. When she pulled my receipt up sge says Oh hell no I am not doing that. She proceeds to tell me that she called the corporate office and the only option I have is to pay more for car dolly.. I did not agree to that . She charged my. Credit card anyway . I am a very polite person.I do not lose my cool easily. I told her that this car weighs 750lbs.it is the size of a 2seater golf cart & a convertible. I have experienced unprofessional business reps, but this heathen tops the chart. long story short -Had I not crawled nder the car to check for errors it connection, I would have ripped the drive train loose pulling the custom bmw.. I had the folly about 1hour.tiik it straight back. I noticed the original trailer I had reserved was gone. 1hour and it was rented... I went inside and told her I knew the bmw sat 2 low for the dolly .. I DID ATTEMPT TO USE THE DOLLY ONLY AFTER BEING FORCED TO.. She then got up and started yelling and said There are no refunds for being stupid. Have a nice day ..... I said nothing back ..She should have never changed my reservation and charged me 25 $more . I never agreed to that . THE INTERACTION WITH HER AS A REP FIR U-HAUL BRAND LEFT ME WITH A VERY BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH..IT ONLY TAKES ONE DISGUSTING REP TO DESTROY A BUSINESS BRAND.. CONGRATULATIONS. U-Haul found theirs..Refund please

I rate this location excellent because of the two women who handled our rental. We needed 60 moving blankets and they only had 12 on hand a couple days before we were to pick up the truck. But, they remembered our needs and gathered all that came in from other rentals giving us 40. They went the extra mile to help us and they were very friendly and professional. Their lot is small and was packed with rentals and I had read reviews that said it was difficult to exit. Their lot is small but I had no problem exiting right out onto the highway. Their people were excellent. I would definitely rent from this location again.

When I picked up the truck it was the only option they had. It was empty of gas and dirty. Not the fault of the rental location. She said she was sorry but I needed a truck so I took it. I picked it up empty and turned it in with a 1/2 full tank but I did not get credit for the gas. They also charged me with a clean up bill but I was able to get that back. I rented two trucks and one trailer to move and the last one was the worse vehicle and should be retired. Thanks Ron Donahue

Great staff, very welcoming and very efficient. The cab had trash in it. And it smelled like pot. I am allergic to weeds so it gave me a headache.

Friendly people very helpful. What I am displeased about is that my original location m and w sales in Belmont Mississippi gave my truck and trailer to someone else the person that works there James McDowell told me so. I was inconvienced and lost 7 hours of a move day because of this man. Would never use them again you need to look into the matter was horrible experience dealing with them. Also had I not called them I would never have known until day of pickup.

There was no one to help hook up the trailer. The trailer was not secured and began to roll. I held it I place with an 11 year old girl until the female agent came back from inside the store where she was waiting for me to complete some paperwork. She helped my son's fiancé hook up the trailer. What a mess. I also ordered a furniture dolly online. They had none, but the charge was still included.

The owners showed up to open their shop a hour and half late. Then I get a second charge to my debit card for187 this was after I had been charged 109

Attendant told my 78 year old husband that has 1 and 1/2 lungs that it was his job to pick up the trailer, attach it and hook it up. The attendant was rude, cocky, very unprofessional and threatening. They were less than poor. The location was filthy.

You need to stop using these people. The place is filthy. The people took 45 mins to check me out, even though I had a reservation. Then I reserved another truck and went to pick it up and they had double booked that truck. After an hour of my wasted time they told me I would have to go find another truck. Worst service ever and did I mention the place was filthy!!!!!

The young man behind the counter was amazing! I have zero complaints about the service I received. My issues with pickup is that the only way to exit the lot was for me to move his sign from in front of the truck. We couldn't reverse because there was a trailer parked behind it. If my driver wasn't a skilled trucker with a CDL we probably would have driven over a drainage ditch, as it was a very small patch of curb between it and the truck beside use. Under the truck and behind the front tire was a chunk of concrete with rebar stick straight up. If we hadn't seen it the back tire would have rolled over it and popped. Again, the young man was wonderful and there was clearly nothing he could've done about the rebar, as the concrete chunk was partially buried.

Nicholas did an awesome job getting everything scheduled for me in a very short amount of time and on a holiday weekend to boot! (My original moving company cancelled on me two days before my scheduled move!) Within hours, Nicholas was able to not only get me a uhaul but also found a moving company to load the uhaul in Arkansas for me and then a company to unload my uhaul in Colorado as well! My only disappointment was that there was a hole in the top corner of the uhaul that was not mentioned and I drove through two large rainstorms, so some of my things had gotten water damage.

Our pickup location was changed with an email the day before. We didn't realize it until we waited in line at the original location for 30 minutes. Drove another 30 minutes, took 30 minutes to check out truck which was very dirty and had junk piles in it from a previous rental. Then was harassed by men claiming to be the owner of the business when returning the truck. Can't imagine a worse experience!

We barely had space to return the vehicle on Sunday. Still don't know if it was blocking the entrance, but we had nowhere else to leave it. The woman I spoke with Friday has called telling me we were sue to deliver our truck there even though we were told pickup and drop off were to be at a separate location. The woman I spoke with also did not provide her name so I could reference the call with someone from corporate to try and figure out what exactly we owed, how to extend a day, and where we needed to drop our truck off. It was chaotic.

The person renting out the equipment was not knowledgeable of the equipment. I have never rented or hooked up a trailer before. The bolt to tighten the trailer was cross-threaded and the lights didn't work. The chains are supposed to be crossed (a 500 $fine in Arkansas). I didn't know of this law either. As I drove out of down the entire trailer came off of the ball. Going 55 MPH and having a trailer come off like that was extremely scary and I am very thankful that my son and I were not harmed! The cross-threading made it seem as if it was secured but it was not. When I go to the next town to a u-haul for more help the gentleman helping me said they should have never rented me the equipment. He said that it was very dangerous and that I had no lights. The person I rented it from said all lights were working. He traded out the light cable but I still didn't have all of them. He said that if I got pulled over that u-haul would have to pay my ticket. I realize that I am the individual who rented the equipment, however, I am no expert when it comes to connecting a trailer. I feel that if u-hauls are going to be rented out by someone they need to have full knowledge of the laws and how to's of this business.

Overall great experience. Very friendly and professional people to work with. Would highly recommend! We rent trucks pretty regularly and they made it a very easy process. Definitely be back to this location to rent again.

Alert U-Haul customers, Danger Zone, be very care full, you might have to face consequences just to drop day to day drop off of your vehicle. You might have to face Cops. Yep police. The owners both Lady and a Guy are so Disrespectful, They just not kicked me out of the building saying that its their property they also called COPS on me, unnecessary wasting every body time. Cops advised me to launch a complain to U-Haul, which I already did. I am not that kind of person who always complain, I always forgive. My religion teaches me to love and distribute love. But at the same time I don't want others to face what I experienced, the pain , the insult, the racisms, Humiliation, I felt threatened by fallowing the simple rules. I got treated like a criminal and a sinner. I felt very Depressed after this. The staff is like bad people, I will tell like ganisters, They are even smoking right IN front of the main door which is very small, Both lady owner and guy smoking and letting the customer breath the smoke. I don't know what's make them react like that. I respect them still and appreciate their job to help other people to go to destinations. But when it comes to me I don't know even after explaining many times the owners of that place feel like they are owner of U-Haul. When it come to me let me introduce my self. I am by the grace of Almighty an Educated person. I am an It guy, I am computer Engineer. I worked in many Big US Government companies, like Fannie Mae as a It Engineer. Also I have got customer relation experience. I have got stores. I am a store Manager too. I know How to avoid misunderstandings well, and make customer happy by providing excellent service. I don't know why those U-Haul people treated me like that. They treater me like a piece of Garbage. Times like this we are hurt, we loose our jobs and we cant make money enough to pay for apartment, so we move and barrow money from friends and family and books a U-Haul to move from one state to other state. We don't have Budget to book a movers. We move by our self doing all the labor work with no help. Still we are in pain and we shows other and our family member that we are happy. Home this will prevent happening to others, cause times like this very less people got the stamina to over come this insult, most of them go to depression. Even after this incident my business is in loss cause I am scared and closing my store very early cause those U-Haul people are very close to my location. And I am afraid that they will unnecessarily take revenge. They already charged me the hefty prices for My U-Haul trip. I still getting charged for unnecessary things till this morning I got charged 120 $extra from my card. I am fighting for that Still. Hope every thing will be alright. But this is my worst experience in whole my life. Even Penske company is offering me good deals but I always choose U-Haul. People are asking me is U-Haul that bad. But I am honest. I keep telling them no U-Haul company is very good and faithful. There are many Good and excellent people still working.

First, the trucks were not in the same location as the office, which was very inconvenient. Then we did a reservation online, but when I went to pickup the truck it took 30 minutes to fill out the forms. Didn't use any of the reservation information, Was charged for furniture pads, but they were out of them. Just a bad experience overall.

My experience was absolutely horrible and I will never, ever use uhaul again. I booked my reservation about two weeks in advance originally at the Temperance Hill location in Hot Springs. I had elected to drop pick up and drop off at that location; however I decided it would be better for our situation to drop off in Bryant. I called multiple times a day, for over a week with no answer. Finally, day of rental I receive a call and I am told I am picking up from the Grand Avenue location. Slightly inconvenient but not a big deal. HOWEVER, when we are unable to find the location, we call the number provided. We had to call several times asking for instructions. The first time we were told the address of the store. We put that in our GPS and no luck. Finally, around the 4th time calling explaining where we are and asking for directions, the lady on the phone decides to mention that the is NO uhaul signage and NO uhauls out front of the location. That would have been really nice to know before we spent almost an hour looking for UHAUL since we were supposed to be picking up a uhaul... Uhaul did not make my move stress free, and it definitely did not make the “day of” move easy, considering it took us almost 2 hours to get a uhaul that was reserved weeks in advance.

The location for rental and the location for vehicle pick up are not the same. A few blocks away. Neither location seems to have someone on site during business hours.
