The location felt like a “bad part of town†and the digital check-in process was not user friendly- world rather look into another company next time.

Travis H.Truck was dirty, back was not swept, windshield not cleaned, inside not cleaned and guessing not sanitized, absolutely no gas in the vehicle as the low fuel light was on when picked up. I spent 30 minutes cleaning the inside of the cab and ultimately threw away the clothes that were used. The area and building are very sketchy and not maintained, I had to double check the address in disbelief that there was a UHaul at the location - horrible association for UHaul. The inside of the office was clean and pleasant and the workers were great.
