Truck was filthy, had crumbs all over and bottles. Area for pickup was muddy. Entire experince was terrible- I had ordered a truck for a different location and it wasn't available, the app was extremely difficult to navigate- kept getting stuck when I had to take pictures.

Michele Chin-OnThe convenience station was fine and person at the desk was very helpful. Your online U-Haul customer service is poor. Last minute changes had me picking up my rental 25 minutes from the move location and then another 25 minutes ro return from the drop off location due to a new, last minute change of location. You added about 2 hours to an already log day. I would never recommend one-way service again with all your last minute changes to original agreements

Ruth AlvarezReduce the wait times for purchases and truck pick ups. We waited about 45 minutes to pickup and have waited well over 20-40 minutes to buy boxes on three different occasions. Understaffed and very slow computers that regularly crashed and/or needed to be restarted seemed to be the culprits. I would recommend the location only because the staff were very nice.

Mahendra LodhaNot allowed to return at a more.convenient uhaul location by where my destination was. Cost me an extra 100 dollars when including the gas needed for the return trip. I selected remote pick up and when I got there was told it wasn't available and had to go inside and show my license and give a "reference" the dolly wasn't in the truck and I had to pay for to use some old cast off one that was literally taped together.

I had to sit and wait or drive to a location which would be further from my destination. I decided to wait. When they did open……there was no apologies or anything.

I asked the tenant if he could break down the price, and his response was "NOT NOW!" This location is degrading your business, and I will never consider renting from U-HAUL again since it is clear that there is no quality control in place.

Kevin MoralesI've rented uhal trailers before and never had an issue. This place 6 Ten convenience store was a nightmare. The person was extremely rude to the point he had me carry the blankets and the dolly my self to the trailer. and when I asked him to hook up my trailer to the hitch on my car he said they don't do that and that I should be the one to do it. Then I was like I don't know how to and now I have to cancel that's when he went out of his store and hooked it on . Then as soon as l left and hit the first speed bump the trailer became loose. I had to call my brother to come out and help me. and when I called the store he never answered the phone. and when I went back to return the trailer he started yelling at me for not backing it up all the way to the wall and I was like I don't know how to back up a trailer and you are more than welcome to do it. and then he cursed me and told me to get the fuck out of there. and When I got my receipt I found a $15 charge for cleaning. the trailer was clean and it only had the blankets and dolly in there. I called the 800 number and asked to speak to his manager but as of yet no one has called me back. I'm very disappointed. If this man can't handle serving people then he shouldn't be in this business. I've been to other 3rd party uhaul locations and I never had an issue. this man was mean and rude and did not want to work!.
