I was charged over double of what it should have been. I was charged $192 for missing/damage charge when the unit was not missing nor had been damaged. A cleaning fee for $25, there was nothing in the back and I cleaned any trash in the front. There is over $200 in unnecessary charges. If this is how it works with u-haul there's no way I'm recommending you to anyone or using your services anymore! This is bull****

I dropped the truck and trailer off after hours...pretty convenient from where we live.

Jamie YI was charged a $50 cleaning fee. The truck was returned in as good as or better shape than I picked it up in and with more fuel than when I picked it up. This location uses deceptive practices and I will not rent from this location again. I believe this location is doing harm to the U-Haul brand. Additionally the location I called did not have the correct truck and my pickup location was changed by U-Haul, essentially costing an additional $20 in mileage fees.
Timothy HRodney was awesome! He was working alone that day and was swamped. But Rodney still took the time to get me all set up and answer any questions I had. Great experience

STACY TOwner of the place was rude. Said they would be with me in a minute, which was fine. He and his employee then worked on a quote for a customer's car while I waited, which again was fine. But, he treated his employee harshly (I felt) then stated "Uhaul doesn't make him money, the mechanic shop makes him money". After we finally got the trailer hooked up and ready to go. He attempted to apologize for the delay and then remarked about the lady that worked for him "being blonde" is why it took so long. When I was dropping off the trailer they seemed put out that I was even there as well. Will never rent from this location again. I would drive to a location farther away before renting from him again.

Cheryl TTruck was not there. Location was reported to be closed. In fact there was an employee there who had to make several phone calls to get us set up with our truck. Trucks were about 2 miles down the road at another location. The process took most of an hour instead of just a few minutes like I had hoped.
David BVery hard to pull large truck with trailer into the location. Had to have someone stop traffic so we could back out, as we had underestimated fuel usage. Hardly any parking space for vehicle of person picking up driver after dropping off truck. Gal was extremely friendly and helpful. She was a pleasure to work with. Gentleman was a bit gruff.

BENJAMIN CWas charged for 4 days when we had the trailer for less than 72 hours. Was rented for 24 hrs at 2pm friday and was told we could return before he closed at 12pm the jext day to avoid more charges. Trailer was returned on monday at 1130. Not even makimg a full 3 days or 72 hrs amd was charged for 4 days.
