The agent was friendly and process with 7 days Comvenince location was smooth and friendly ... however dealing with the Edmonton logistics department was the worst experience I have ever had in customer service.. hands down... I will never use or Reccomend UHaul to anyone after the experience with this corporate staff Rental cost me over 200$ extra in mileage and expenses because they moved the location to the other side of the City from me. Tried having a discussion and corporate staff refused to even discuss options. Was even told the right location guarantee was simply a placate and not an actual guarantee... Worst customer service I have ever experienced.Niel P.
Store was supposed to be open until 8pm and was closed by 7:40 when I arrived. No answer on phone and no outside drop box for keys. I called 1-800 GO UHAUL, waited on hold at location for 56 min, got a representative and the call dropped. Called back and waited another 45 min on hold before speaking to someone. DO NOT use this location after hours!!!andrew P.

Owners were very nice but computer were extremely slow. Uhaul was old and didn't drive the best. Inside the cab was also dirty. (Sticky cup holders. Plastic and other material stuck to floor.Christie W.
Lady at the front was so lazy. Didn't know what she was doing. Was playing video games while trying to serve me. Waited over 1 hour to get the truck. There is no drop off key box. They don't answer the phones.Jesse P.
I did not like the fact that they tried to charge my credit card with and extra 144 $.+ When Im returned the truck 3 hours early. When they already withdrew 129 $.+. I would like to know what the extra charges were for? Please and thank you.lisa C.

The only problem I had was the drop off of the truck. A location was given by the people I picked the truck up at, which turned out to be no longer open. Upon trying to drop of the truck at the location I called the number list on your web site 587-686-6273. I had to call three times in order to decide I would have to take the truck back to the location I got it from. The first call went to voice mail with no response. The second call was answered and I explained that the location was no longer there. The response was garbled and then I was hung up on. The third call resulted in the person saying "I told you to drop it off anywhere and the place was closed and started to spell the word closed as if I were a 2 year old. This was the last straw of this person's arrogance and un-professorial conduct and lost my cool and told him to "F-off". Sorry about that. So in short the people at the pick up point were very good and professional. The guy on the phone was of no help what so ever and could have helped by finding the closest location to the 56 Airport road. Instead he decided to make my day far worse than necessary.Keith D.
Remove these people from your vendor list. I was yelled at by the wife serving me, when I went outside and told the man that his wife was very disrespectful, he became unglued on me. A customer should never be threatened with violence. The area manger disregarded my safety concerns and told me I have to return it to the store I picked it up from. He gave me a 50 dollar discount, brutal. Absolutely brutal location, and customer service, but if you need a crack, or meth pipe, it appears that they have it in stock. Also, they were not following municipal bylaws in regards to masking in public places.Jeffrey F.
the pick up location itself was adequate. the clerk was helpful and did the best they could. the issue was with the booking and informing me of the pick up location. an associate did call me on Saturday but they were not able to confirm where or when I was to pick up the truck. this costed me two hours of time in a tightly scheduled day. from my experience, the U-Haul phone app played no part in the actual process.... everything was done manually over the phone once I was physically in the store to pick up the truck. it was also frustrating that i was not able to get a dolly that i booked.Patrick C.
Sales person didn't really know much about what the rental was, he also didn't give me the correct amount of moving blankets or go over the vehicle with me either before or after rental. Tires could use replacing considering it's winter here and those tires are not safe on ice or snow. First time I have ever rented a vehicle that came with half a tank and that I had to refill to half a tank. Seems fishy to me as how do you know how much fuel is half a tank so I returned with over a half a tank my lose your gain I guess.Joel B.
This location was very unprofessional. It is a convenience store that had trucks parked on the street outside. The person serving us was not wearing a mask and the truck was not only dirty in the cab but clearly hadn't been sanitized.James S.

Booking was for 9am but store opened 20 minutes late 9:20. This was after already being told the day before my pick up time had to be pushed from 8am to 9am as the store didn't open until then. When I finally picked up the vehicle there was no inspection of the condition with the location and I ensured I took pictures personally to avoid any issues. I was also alarmed to see no one following covid 19 protocol for wearing a face covering. I will actively stay away from U-Haul if I need to rent from this location again. Not happy.Devon L.

The app couldn't verify my booking because I had an international license (I had booked before without problems). The location owner seemed to be oblivious of policies and refused to service us, citing that international drivers license are not to rent a truck. We had to navigate between very slow and unhelpful response from the app (in which agent closed the chat without having resolved our issue, leaving us stranded), and refusal from the on-site agent to help us. It was a horrible experience, and we will recommend our friends to consider other services for their truck rental needs.Zet Ping T.
Slow service to check out and return. The debit/credit machine was not working so they asked for the numbers on the credit card to type it in manually. Person was constantly on the phone or with other customers during check out and return. They were not wearing masks on check out (was at check in) and did not sanitize hands or anything else while I was there. On the plus side the truck was clean and seemed to be in good repair!Bobby D.

I accidentally put more gas than required and was told there was no credit.. I put close to 25 litres more.. it's not fair if you charge a customer when the bring less but you fail to give them credit when they put more. The truck was a half full and this kind of made me make the mistake.Ibrahim Y.
Truck cab cup holders were full of food and sticky junk, box of truck had screws, rivets, small pvc pipe and debris in it. it was not swept out from previous user.Jennifer W.

Use contractors who speak english ... I am not racist but the language barrier made the checkin and pickup over an hour long. Be more in touch with your pickup locations as to when they are open and closed ... our appointment was scheduled an hour before the store even opened !!! In my opinion this should never have happened. Upon our return, we ensured the fuel gauge was a 1/4 to empty, which is where it was when we picked up the truck, despite the paperwork saying it was at 3/8ths. We were charged 22 $for fuel charges on top of the 35 $we spent in fuel. They told is we were wrong point blank, which left a bad impression. This was my first ever Uhaul experience, and will, based on this experience, probably be my last. I would not recommend uhaul or especially this depot to anyone. I have called the support line a requested a reimbursement and hope management complies.MATTHEW M.
Good service, didn't try to up-sell insurance or any other product. Pretty happy to get a van walking in where there was absolutely no availability across the town and that too a brand new van with less than 1000 kms. Hassle free checkout. The only reason I would not recommend to anyone was due to the paraphernalia sold at that store. Any store that sells meth and crack pipes should not be able to be a uhaul pick up.Melanie B.

My pick up time was 9am and I arrived on time. There was no other person before me. Even though that I made online reservation a day prior to pick up I waited for 45 minutes to be attended to because the staff was still at home. Upon the return of the vehicle I waited for almost an hour to make credit card payment. She finally called Uhual office to correct her errors and email the receipt to me. The annoying and disappointing part is her rude and unprofessional attitude.Tony O.
When picking up our equipment the truck was there, however the blankets we had ordered we only received half of them. Upon return of the truck we then had issues as they wanted to charge us for the un-returned blankets that we never originally received. To top it all off the online check in did not help us at all, we were still far behind our original time frames for moving as the "expedited process" did not help us out at all.Soumen D.

I waited 56 minutes in the store to pickup the truck because the signature machine was not working properly. I asked if you can transfer me to a different location, with the answer of â€œNOâ€. I paid extra 1 hour to those moving guys which they didn't do anything. Really bad experienceJie Z.
