Even though I booked online with my credit card in advance, the owner (who was absent) requested his employee take a picture of my drivers license but my credit card as well with his cell phone and send it to him, which is clearly illegal. My choice was either that, or no rental. Very upsetting. The tire pressure light was on and one tire's pressure was well below the others. Also, there was no mention on your website that this location was convenience store. Very unnerving experience. I would like answers from Uhaul about this.

Printer problem to start. I just got the sheet mentioning the rate of the rent of the trailer. For the rest I couldn't check my Email in order to complete the transaction. I didn't have my phone on me at the time. After completing the paper work, the person in charge didn't bother to check if everything was fine with the attachmenton my car. Because of the weight of the trailer at the pulling hitch, I went back in to ask for his help to raise it.

I booked the truck on the location, website was too low or didn't work. When I booked through my phone from the location, but got the phone from customer service that I have to go and pick up from other location which was 6-7 km away.

The fair was very very expensive, came up to $100 + another $50 after return without counting gas. Advertisements on the trucks show prices as low as $19 but do not include all the force-fed add-ons. A good experience overall but I was very disappointed in the price.
