The vehicle need to repair hand brake system. It was hard for me to start your vehicle.

He charged me for a different insurance plan than what I picked online and didn't tell me it cost differently. The receipt was printed so small I didn't notice until I saw the credit card charge.

Jeffrey HI got my pick up and location drop off changed which changed my rate at to which I didn't know till checkout at that moment. That pick up Change was a incovience and drop off had no place to park.!!
Shane ADitto the remarks above.....we reiterate our comments about Caleb Konecheck and Christina Piatt!! They are pleasant, kind, accommodating and professional. The Center is always very clean as is the case with our rental trucks...they are always clean and ready for us.

Not that the damage was bad at all, but I didn't want to be responsible. A listing of previous damage during the confirmation of vehicle condition would be helpful.

Michael PPlace was great except they robbed me for $45 when I reserved the uhaul online I said I don’t want the insurance after I got the uhaul and they emailed me the contract they charged me for the most expensive $45 insurance (which I didn’t want) if your gonna do that why not hit me w the $28 insurance nope they hit me w the $45 if anyone has moved before as you know it’s expensive enough already as it is let alone w them tacking on whatever insurance they want to add to your contract so check your contract and make sure you add it all up and if it don’t make sense better say something as I was in a rush and didn’t think anything of it at the time

David HI would recommend staff mention the benefits of straps or just include them with the rental. Luckily, I didn't need them, my haul was not stacked but more to the floor. But, if I did stack I would've needed something to secure, if you don't do this much, you may not think about the importance of straps

Gerald GOnly needed a van or pick-up io pick up a curio cabinet in Mc Murray but was told I had to bring the vehicle back there? Also all they had was a 20 foot truck which was a lot more truck then I needed and it cost more to rent and more in gas! It was very clean but they had a 15 footer there but they said it had to stay there? It was an expensive trip

thomas mThe place didn't open until 9 am but I was able to make a reservation to pick up the truck at 8:30 am. I had to wait until someone arrived to open the office.
Kara PThe key box was difficult to open. Posr better instructions. Also, Uhaul return app didn't work. Tried for over 20 mins but it wouldn't accept 5he mileage/fuel level pictures. Awful.
William BIt was convenient, but the pick up and drop off process was awful. I had to try at least 4 times before it would go through and then I finally had to drop the keys in the drop box because it would not go through. It was very frustrating.

Chad BThe truck was very dirty inside cab and bed. A loose dolly and blankets everywhere. Then when you return the truck you can't put it was dirty because it will charge you $25. On a positive note. When I called to tell the lady in the office she was extremely nice and apologetic.
Richard SThe check in and check out process is terrible. The app kept going to black screen after tanking photograph of my drivers license or would take me back to the same step. My husband had to complete the process on his phone, which was having the same issues. This went on for nearly 45 minutes! We lost almost an entire hour and had to complete our move in our personal vehicles
Angela JI dropped the truck in 24 hrs. They charged me over night and coverage. Even though the lady said no over charged and everything is okay. I called customer service. I don't know her name but she raise her voice. She couldn't fix the problem and told me that her manager will call me later. No one hasn't called me. Terrible customer service.

Dean GWe spent 2 hours trying to pick up the U-Haul because of the system not letting us complete the pickup. It made us late for our move and way behind schedule. We were on the phone with customer service the whole time

Matthew EI make a reservation 5 days prior pick up. I drove 6 hours to pick up location to find out there's not trailer. Then sent to 1 hour drive to 3 different locations 'til finally after 3 hours of jumping from store to store to 3 different locations finally get the trailer U-haul and I agree will be waiting for me at first location. I'll rather let you guys do the rating ! ! !
Ronald MThe auto transport was tucked away & the worker didn't help at all. My husband couldn't hook up the 26" truck, so he had to get in a smaller uhaul pull the trailer out and then hook up our moving truck. Ridiculous that the auto transport wasn't pulled out and ready to go. Would never recommend this location to anyone.
Rikki SThe rental person didnt know how to rent me the truck. She called someone n they told her to put a false date in. She did. My reservation is for Sept. 4th. I already returned the truck. They said i went 70 miles and charged me double the estimated price. No attendant came out with me to check scratches dings gas n mileage. Very disappointed. Was a return customer. Going to Budget from now on. Very disappointed in service and quality.
Rochelle GNot sure. I went in Friday to rent some moving quilts and a hand truck I was quoted and given a sheet showing my cost being $79 and some change. Today I get a receipt emailed to me after returning the stuff for $106. I called the location and they said it was Uhaul's fault and they couldn't do anything. I want to know why I was given one price for equipment where there are no "mileage" charges, etc. and the dates I initially provided did not change, and then after the fact I get jacked for another $26 dollars?? Please EMAIL the response; and rest assured it and the original receipt I was given will be shared. On the positive side, I do want to commend the staff at this location as they are extremely friendly and courteous; they apparently just need to partner with a better national service provider.
Greg CA dolly was included in my order. No dolly provided and because i picked up after hours, i was unable to get one in time for my move. I contacted uhaul customer support and was told it was removed from my bill. It was not. At check out I was told I had to call customer service again for a refund.
Katherine VVirtual drop-off was easy. U-Haul app could be better by not requiring customer to sign in every time he/she opens the app. Should be able to stay signed-in.
