Matthew O.I called two weeks prior to my move and left a message requesting someone call me and walk me through how to pick up the truck using your smart phone. No one ever called me back. I eventually realized there was a tutorial online so I figured it out; however, I feel it was poor customer service that they didn't at least call to tell me there was help available online or offer to help me. When I arrived to pick up the truck I had reserved, the keys were not where they were supposed to be and the location is not open on the weekends. I called the regional office and ended up having to take a much larger truck than I needed. Luckily I was skilled enough to drive the beast and they didn't charge me extra. Everything ended up working out, but it wasn't because of anything 81 Metal Art did.

JOANNE B.Business didn't know about online check in and I stood and waited 15min for them to give me keys and I showed them my check in and keys I needed, they gave me wrong key and was rude when I told them they gave me wrong ones. Would not recommend this location

It was during check-in at this location that we were charged extra. Thankfully, the billing and scheduling representatives figured out the error and we were billed correctly.
