The location of the uhaul truck needs better lighting. It is a little desolate on the weekends. The truck had water bottles and a oack of cigarettes which I should not be responsible to clean.

The self rental and checkout app is awful. It took me over an hour to rent and an hour to return. I was also charged for furniture pads but none was in the g truck

The rentals is parked very tightly together. I could barely get into the vehicle. I had to take my time easing out of the parking spot as a lot of damaged vehicles is very close to the vehicles. The rental is dirty on the outside from the trees. A lizard were inside of the Uhaul in the window when I first approached the rental. There is also roaches crawling around in the van. This is not good at all. I have rented with Uhaul numerous times and have never experience this. I returned the vehicle before my return time. I had to take everything out of the vehicle to inspect everything in my yard before bringing it into the house and garage. I had to due the same when I took my party items to a venue. I found 2 roaches in my daughter unused birthday cake which was inside of the box provided by Publix. A roach were in a vase that I took into the venue to decorate. When I returned the truck, it was very difficult to back into a very tightly space between damaged vehicles and uhaul rentals. I had to make sure that I took my time backing up to make sure I didn't cause any damages to any vehicles. I suggest that all of the uhaul rentals on this premises be sprayed for roaches. It's embarrassing as this has never happened to me with any other Uhaul location. All of the uhaul vehicles should be parked in there own designated parking area away from damaged vehicles that is being repaired. This can be an issue if someone damages a vehicle that is at this site to be repaired. I don't think the insurance company will be very happy.

I rented a flat dolly and it wasn't at the truck. I had to purchase one. Pick up was terrible. It took for ever to get the truck and get verified.

Professional services every time I rent with this location. This location has become my one and only location to do business with.

Van was extremely dirty inside and out, had an awful weed odor and was filled with trash. Gas was on empty and could hardly make it to a station.

First order was incomplete due to previous customer that didn't return the truck i rented. The customer representative i spoke with who re-order truck was very rude and unprofessional. Second location i went to i didn't see the person I communicated with, but he was nice and he made sure I reviewed and received what I needed.

I got disappointment.Trunk is dirty.I. had to clean the mess before I start the load.Two hand truck is used before and not seal again.I put $20 gas and I was charged $26 gas more .I’m sorry for the next customer

This is the absolute BEST Uhaul location! I will ALWAYS rent from this location.

No one was available to check trailer out. I had to pick up from a different location.

Location was isolated and there was no representative available to consult. Truck was clean, but didn't run well (vibrated from the left front after reaching 40 MPH). Caused an hour trip to be 2 hrs long.
