The Location was closed on arrival and I had already booked the Uhaul. I then proceeded to to wait on the phone with multiple different U-Haul representatives for 45minute to resolve the situation. Nightmare! I rented a truck for 6 hours and I'm being charge for 2 days. I've tried contacting Andy the person in charge over the phone for 2 days now and no one answered the phone. There's no way to leave a message and I'm not getting a call back either.

DO NOT USE NEIGHBORHOOD MOVERS. They were late, slow, & horribly unprofessional. Complete rip off & they made me pay for overtime when they had NO sense of urgency.

Location is convenient but absolutely horrible and “staffed” by incompetent assholes. Truck wasn't ready at reservation time. Zero communication, direction or assistance. I have used uhaul so many times, it's always my go to. After this experience I will never use or recommend uhaul ever again. Unacceptable garbage.

There is no in-person office, only online checkouts. There isn't always someone available to help if there are issues. The online app also doesn't work

There is no actual uhaul representation and no service experience at all. If there is, there is a service fee charge of $20?? Convenience fee? All of the work is left up to the customer to do on their phones, without a proper indoor area for customers. The store is dirty and messy and doesn't feel sanitary to be inside. This is a gas station and repair shop, not ideal for customers.

The app does not allow me to upload pictures so I cannot complete self pickup or drop off. I would like to be assisted to fix the issue as this is the 3rd time I've had this problem.

I was unable to return and check out with the app. This is the second time that has happened. It wouldn't allow me to submit the picture of the mileage and gas and then could not move on. Very annoying! Other than that all good. The van was perfect.

I love this location but I hate using the website to check in and out. After I move a ton of stuff checking in and out with the internet SUCKS. I hate it. There are people working there. I want to talk to them and have service. The guys are awesome there.

The Uhaul did not have the equipment I requested. Also, the battery died twice and we wasted hours waiting for Uhaul to send someone to help. The first time we got help from a kind samaritan. The second time I had to get the Uhaul towed.

Uhaul web site stated that the site was not open until 10 am. My reservation was for 9am. The site was in fact open and the gentleman at the site had to manually process my transaction because the uhaul website would not.

Obtaining the keys was an absolute nightmare. It took one hours to unlock the lockbox, and when we did, there were no keys inside of it. On hold with customer service for epic wait times, locked out of my UHaul account for no discernable reason.

The truck was dirty, falling apart, and I couldn't go over 50 mph. It didn't have a gas cap, smelled like pure gasoline in the cab the entire time, shook profusely, and was a terrible ride that added so much time to my trip. The back by the ramp was so bent it got stuck every time I pulled it out, snd the lock mechanism stuck. I can't believe that I actually paid for this rental, as a company you should be ashamed for how bad the state of this truck in your fleet.

The website was very slow and glitchy and made it almost impossible to start my rental without an employee present. It caused me to be 40 mins late.

We waited over an hour to get approval through the app. There is no internet service at the location and the online coordinators were very slow with answering and were not helpful when we were having issues with the lock. I think u haul needs to reevaluate their practices and have someone physically working there during work hours.

Broken passenger mirror which was obviously not repaired in between rentals. Very dangerous when driving a large van. Also, human shit ground into the door handles which apparently Uhaul proudly boasts as part of its outstanding service. Location was said to provide counter pick up but the station agent refused to help in any way. Uhaul is horrible. Do not use them.

the 24/7 truck-share set up is pathetic, slow and in no way efficient. It took me almost an hour to get the truck which was an additional hour i had to pay my movers because it in turned made me an hour late to meet them. I specifically chose "in person" pick up when i booked the truck to avoid any delay issues like this. So disappointing and frustrating to be changed to this inefficient automated system without first even asking me

Very easy pick up and return. There was a guy there who could answer any questions but the app was very self explanatory. Also located at a gas station for easy gas refill. Would use again!

Make the approval process before rental. Lost an hour with the app (laggy and several times had to start over), and then with the actual approval. I am a foreign citizen with a foreign passport and driver's license. I clicked on option foreign license and uploaded my passport, but agent said it needs to be a "US government issued ID", which makes no sense for foreigners. In the end we could switch to my friend helping me move, who has a US driver's license. That flexibility was appreciated, but overall an experience that would make me not want to choose UHaul next time around.

Self service system is very poorly done. There was a group of us waiting for assistance and even though it took a while If that person wouldn't have been there we would not have gotten our U-Haul. I had troubles from start to finish. Couldn't return it properly. Thankfully the customer service representative for U-Haul was great and made it easy even though was hard to get through.

I rent from you all weekly, and this was the worst truck I have ever dealt with. I sat in this truck and said out loud WTF. That's how bad it was. The whole day was full of WTF because of this truck. I'll be calling you tomorrow about this situation. I had no choice but to deal with is because what I had to do had to get done.

The snow around and on the truck has not been removed by the time I arrived. I had to shoveled all to get out of the spot. I took about a hour. I wonder if this is my job to remove the snow?????? I don't think so. Since I have made a reservation, so you know I am coming.

I submitted a request that my billing wasn't right, haven't gotten any response. My rental was missing equipment I requested (and paid for!) and there was no way to rectify this with the u-haul 24/7 service. Being switched over from a human as I had requested to the 24/7 mobile service was infuriating

The U-haul person inside would not help and would only point to the online address on the window as no one could come. The location was very difficult to find, had to go back for the hand truck as it was not on the truck. Nothing was explained in full. I had to wait till each issue or miscommunication as one of your reps called it before proper explanation was given. There are a lot more issues but I'm not feeling confident that anything will change so I will stop here.

The items I reserved prior to picking up the vehicle (2 furniture dollies, 2 hand trucks, and 1 dozen blankets) were not provided. When asked, the person at A1 said there was nothing on my order/reservation despite my order clearly showing what I reserved and was charged (opposite what was shown on UHaul email). He then provided 1 dolly and 1 hand truck...when we went to use the dolly, we found it had a broken wheel. This disaster made moving much more difficult and a few hours longer than scheduled. Will not recommend U-Haul to anyone!

Make sure the van actually has the gas stated. Make sure all ramps are secure and won't fall out on the BQE. Also check power steering belt as well as alignment. Truck swerves and steering is hard. Poor maintenance of trucks.

The customer service needs a lot of improvement . The retrieving and drop off also needs some organization. Your rates and apps are not at all correct. I have tried to issue a complaint and possible correction. However your app doesn't always work I have screenshots of the errors. I was wrongly charged. You advertise for the day and you charge for 4 hours not even from the tine you pick up

I was overcharged, the online check in process was more difficult than expected and took long, there was no one in the area to help, and customer service changed my location and time reservation making my moving experience very rushed and inconvenient. The change of location was also a lot farther than anticipated. I hope to get a refund for the over charge. I was not expecting to have such a bad experience as previous rentals with uhaul have not been this disappointing.

The self check-in app was extremely slow and did not have good connection. The truck had cigarett butts in it and smelled horrible- like an ashtray. Also, I reserved a furniture dolly and utilities dolly and both were not in the back of the U-haul van, which I didn't see until I got to my destination. This was not a great experience for me.

The whole experience was pretty bad to be honest and I'm not someone that is hard to please. I had reserved a uhaul weeks in advanced and got to the pick up at 5 am with my girlfriend early just to make sure there wouldn't be any problems and come to find out the person didn't set things up properly to be able to use the uhaul. So I had to spend money to Uber her home and Uber myself across town to get to a vehicle that actually could be used. The verification process was archaic and forced me to have my brother wake up to speak to a rep to verify my identity. Finding the actual uhaul is like a puzzle and the locations are dangerous (under bridges with a ton of homeless people). Not a good experience at all and would be very unlikely for me to recommend.

Your online check in and check out is the worst I've ever seen. It takes an extremely long time and is not user friendly â€" it's confusing and difficult to use. The attendant wouldn't help me whatsoever, he was very rude.

I returned the van refueled on the same level at the time of pickup - I triple checked it, but I still got charged the fueling fee of $30. I am disappointed that somebody would do this, as I took the van to the gas station and returned it refueled. Truly despicable.
