Kwabena AWorst customer service I've EVER EXPERIENCED. I was told he was not answering and any question. He did and said all of this with my young child present. This isn't the location where I made my reservation however I was told to come Riverdale to get the truck.

Tamiko W1. The pickup truck was ready. 2. I had to find another location. 3. Drop off location had in computer that I was late dropping off. I haven't even picked truck up. 4. Uhaul kept changing my drop off location 5. I dropped the truck off on 9/12. The drop off location did not put me in system until 9/14. I spoke to customer service and was instructed that it would be manual entered for 9/12. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

ALI SI reserved a 10 ft truck. When I arrived I was told it's not available. I had to ASK her was there anything else available. She never volunteered that info. I was given the option to rent a 9 ft truck with a bullet hole in the door, it wasn't clean and I had to overpack it because it was too small!
Helen MClose the location it's run down bad customer presentation. I was trying to complete the return procedure and the app wasn't working. I will not rent from this location again.

Sharonda WIf all equipment is not available make sure the cost for that equipment is removed pryor to charging customers. I was charger a dolly in which was not available I told was told to respond to text with that information in which I did so I wouldn't be charged for ot. But the charge was still on my final bill.

Robin EI requeested a dolley to move washing machine and other big items when I made my reservation and there was no dolley when I arrived. She told me they had one down Hwy 85 which was not true. I had to buy one. Unacceptable customer service

reba cI originally had reservations at ur jonesboro office on tara blvd.and the customer service was absolutely a nightmare . That man I think he maybe a manager is horrible and needs to be fired..I was upset because I had my stuff in storage and was moving so I reserved a truck one way and got the price plus I stopped by that store and made sure everything was set.so I got my movers and when I got to store on tara Blvd jonesboro ga...everything was changed and I wasn't even notified..that idiot was so rude..has from the north..I didn't get his name but he has a New York accent and VERY RUDE..GET RID OF THIS GUY OR UR GOING TO LOOSE BUSINRSS..the riverdale office/storage I give them a 90 only problem they need to open early.

Shemeka EThe owner has no personality to be dealing with the public. He was rude when I called to say no one was there when I needed to drop the trailer off. He said I guess u gonna have to wait and I said you should put your hours of operation online so people don't have to wait. Now when the office person did get there to open up she made a phone call about some paperwork before she ever asked to help me. So no I would never use them again.

VERNELL SBe honest when comes to looking at fuel level. Provide better customer service even if you do not agreed with customer.Dont pad charges to the customer for your own personal gain.

CHARLES MThis was a one-way move, and the fact that not only was my location changed from the one that I selected, but the time was put off for 4 hours. This was communicated to me after 3 PM the day before my move. I had already coordinated moving help, and this put me 6 hours behind.

Katina NFix faulty gas hand that fluctuates and idols! Needs major under the hood work! Truck doesn't accelerate when pressing the gas. Truck won't start, had to turn key several times and push gas peddle before it started

FATIMA MI was frustrated by the quote from the confirmation before I picked up the rental truck. By the time I got and returned the truck, I found out that I was overcharged and the staffs in Riverdale areas did not try to contact the company to find out the reason why. She did not even tell me whom to call. This is the worst experience for the moving and I don't think that I am going to refer anyone for U-HAUL. Up until this point, I still had not answer from the company even I contacted them my emails but failed to get a definite answer from the management.
Henry PThe Truck was old and not really maintained. The truck was all over the road, and difficult to drive with constant steering to keep it in the lane.
