The equipment was fine. Cody gave us excellent friendly service. But...when we reserved the trailer, the website did not tell us what size ball hitch was necessary, so we had to purchase one from them. When I called to keep the trailer for another day, Sheridan tried to charge me for 2 more days. If you deal with her, watch out! Would only recommend this place as it's the only U-Haul rental in town.

Although pickup and drop off sites were fine, the app experience was not. Unable to track reservation number before pickup, then the app constantly logging me out and having to restart when I did after-hours drop off (wasted about 20 minutes) Bottom line: dealing with U-haul in person was great; using the app was a poor experience.

I don't know if free wifi service is available after hours at this location. I was unable to complete the return process via the U-Haul app, which hung while attempting to process the photos I entered. The app then reset and I took another set of photos with my phone in case they were needed later. Please confirm that my return is complete. Merci

Used the automated checkin, since this site closed on Saturday at noon. Really difficult navigation on the app, and the location finder just continued to spin and not find location, despite enabling location while using the app. Had to reload pictures every time we reentered the app...frustrating. Would have been nice to have real-human service on a Saturday afternoon, as opposed to being forced to deal with the app.

I explained the check engine light to this Uhaul agent and she did not charge me for the extra time, which I appreciated. I was still charged $25 in extra miles, which was because of the check engine light coming on twice and diverting to have it checked. I should not have been charged the extra mileage for malfunctioning equipment when I needed to have it checked out.

My experience is divided between two cities. Phoenix. Phoenix scheduling was outstanding. Helpful, asking questions that I would not think to ask, adding insight from there experience. The service centers were great as well. Kristen was Incredible. Pagosa Springs: Not very happy with them. Tamra was great, however, the owner jacked their unloading rates 50 % when I told them I could not help. We color coded 85 % of the boxes to be unloaded to specific locations. They ignored the coding. When they unloaded heavy furniture to the wrong area, we asked them to move it to the correct area, and the owner complained saying, they are unloaders not movers. His helpers were friendly, but again, didnt pay attention to where things went. Phoenix overall gets Excellent. Pagosa overall gets Below Average

After losing my father last year we needed a quick and Hassel free facility to store some of his things. This storage company in Pagosa made it easy for me to rent a unit over the phone. Timing was important because we were not had so much time before our friend who helped out had to return home. The ease of access through the gates entrance via the keypad made it easy to come and go on our time schedule. The unit was clean and we'll maintained even in the middle of record snow storms. One night last year I needed to get in my storage and there was ice everywhere.. After working on it for a little bit, this is at night, A truck pulled up and said do you need help. The owner's Jeff and Cindy saw me on their cameras, I think they were just making a check that everything was OK. I told him yes I just need to get in to my storage. That's when Jeff got out of his truck and helped me clear the ice to get to my container. I would say this was well above and beyond what I signed up for when I got my storage unit.
