Make sure workers show up on time. So we can pick up our truck. Also when someone makes a reservation for a certain location don't move them and not inform them of the changes. My overall experience was horrible because I was suppose to get a truck at 8am at a different location and it was downhill from there

Canceled my order the day before I needed the truck and did not notify me. Only redeeming factor was that the customer service representative was able to create a new reservation me on the day I had initially reserved the truck for. Talked to 3 different people, 1 was very helpful and 2 were not

The attendant was nice and helpful. The location was in a bad area of town. Equipment was very worn with lots of "x" damage notations. Door was hard to operate as I hurt my hand when using.

Long wait and unclear instructions. Old and bad lock tough to open. Had to man handle for 15 minutes to get the key.

Not sure what to do. It was a beauty supply store, very cluttered. After being in the one in Orange City Florida for my pick up, where everything was neat tidy and very professional, I was just not expecting what I walked into. For drop off it was fine, but I wouldn't be comfortable using them for a pick up.

Too many people hanging around and did not feel safe. Also, staff ignored me for 5 minutes when I came in because he was on the phone. Then staff did not properly hook up trailer to vehicle., did not cross or twist chains, see his picture.
