Carrie GarensWe planned on dropping off car carrier there and truck elsewhere, but they told us to leave truck too. We were going to get gas in the truck, but they took it in Medina. They charged me 115 for gas. Ouch! Any chance of splitting that?

Alexander KittelsonWe dropped it off per instructions. There was no lockbox for keys. I emailed and called the place and noone answered. I called a Milon Mi ihaul person and gave them the info. Had to leave keys under the mat in fromt of the store.
Jim JurgensStaff at location were very helpful. Verified that equipment was indeed at their site, as it was an item which is often difficult to locate for a customer. I was instructed on hook-up of equipment, however road construction as I began my 300+mile journey caused the light connection to loosen and despite checking, I drove trip without trailer lights from midnight to morning.

GRANT NERDERMANThey need NEED a big UHaul sign! They do trucks and accessories but have a small…small…sign for UHaul. The staff was so friendly! Very good experience

kelani nuckolsI received a text to drop off the truck at this location which I attempted to do. The truck was due to be returned by noon on Saturday. I arrived about 11:00 am. However the location was closed for Easter weekend with only a sign on the door. As a result, I had to call U-Haul for assistance and after being on hold for a very long time, we decided to go use the U-Haul app in order to drop off the truck at the Medina location. After taking the required pictures and hopefully dropping the key on the correct box , I received the notification from U-Haul that the transaction was complete. I did not like this process and wasted valuable time and I am still not sure I dropped the key off in the correct place. U-Haul should have been able to answer my call and direct me to an open location. The truck was clean and ran well and served my purpose but I was not satisfied with the process to drop off the truck. Thank you, Doug Mooney
Douglas MooneyThis was the WORST rental truck experience I've ever had, and I am really close to calling to complain about this one. I've use uhaul many times in the past, as well as other companies. I've never had an issue until this rental. Not only did we struggle with the process to get truck with phone, the owners of the shop were INCREDIBLY rude, so it took way too long to get the truck. Then, we had to dispute most of the pictures of the truck, because it was banged up and FILTHY- some of of items even got dirty on the bottom (which has never happened, mind you.) The truck gas tank was also completely on empty. I will certainly never use this location again. I paid a ridiculous price this time, as well, which was upsetting.

Kathleen YorkHard to rate. Dropped off on a holiday so no ody was there. Hard to back the trailer down the driveway, but they may have told us to leave it in front. Not sure what normal procedures are. Not the location's fault, as it was a holiday and they were either closed all day or closed early.
