ANA Towing at Somer's Point was very good. We worked with a women there that was extremely helpful. The issue we had with UHaul scheduling though was we were supposed to pick up the truck in Manahawkin which was over 30 miles away from Somer's Point. We only found out the afternoon before pick up becasue I called to confirm. No one call me about the change. This was a huge problem for us. Also the side mirror on the passenger side had a huge crack and chip in it which made it hard to see blind spots when driving.

Have the U-Haul available when your customer arrives and not make them drive 40 miles out of their way to pick one up and another 40 miles back to where you began. Read online this happened to many other people and I should have listened. The $50 guarantee I was given does not make up for the extra gas I had to pay for and certainly not the 2 hours you wasted of a very important moving day. Extremely disappointed.

Office location staff were very friendly and able to help finish the rental as the app wouldn't work and was unable to complete the rental. The app simply said unable to complete and try again and closed, leaving me hanging. After trying to complete the rental online, and again it not working, went inside and was quickly able to finish the rental and get going. Person to person wins over the app, again.

I reserved a 9' cargo van and recieved verification. The next day I showed up and the van was NOT available. It was there but not for me. Yes, I made a decision to accept the "upgrade". I was " upgraded" to the box truck. Poor choice of words to use when giving the customer something they did not want. I reluctantly drove the box truck to the site, was NOT able to use the truck, drove it back ( less than 1 mile) and returned it....unused van still there and available. I paid for nothing because this was not what I needed. Mistake on both sides.

The computer app was horrible, worked on it for 20 minutes before I asked an ANA rep to help. Even dropping the unit off later that day was not able to access and process the return. Overall an "f" rating on the internet application.

I had made an appointment one month in advance for a location to pick up the dolly. I stopped two days in advance to check if it was there. It was there. When I went to pick it up it was not there, I had to go 12 miles out of my way to another location to pick it up. I was not a happy person. I was late starting my 1,100 mile trip.

Unexpected $20 "waiver" fee. Unexpected other fees totaling about $20. Van not as large as a previous rental at Enterprise for about same price.

I guess rental companies employees are exempt from wearing masks and making renters wear masks while in office. If carefree about that how clean are the rentals. Employee was super nice and hope she stays healthy.

Please let people know up front that a Jack is required for lifting the tongue (or lowering) in order to attach a loaded trailer onto a hitch! Also your double axel 6x12 trailer does NOT for onto the Amtrak Auto Train!! Food for thought!!

I was disappointed with the pick-up of my rental. I had arranged to have the 20' van readied by 09:15. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I was not able to get the van until after 10:30 and this delayed my arrival and cost me two full man hours from the moving firm I had hired from you site. Lots of dog hair. I took pictures of how dirty it was. And with covit19 I would think you would clean your vehicle. Just disgusting! Renting was definitely taking a chance with my life, because it was Not cleaned after the last person if at all. You should close your business if you are to afraid to clean your vehicles. Other than the two different locations, there wasn't any issues. I could have just missed which one I was picking up at but at least they were a minute away from one another. Easy everything!

Had a great experience and loved the mobile phone functionality and how it streamlined things. I would have like the location of my key to be made more clear and the lock itself was hard to work with. I needed help and the customer service was excellent. I'll be back for sure.
