Have all items that were asked. Also had a very hard time with app. More user friendly. I had a difficult time with drop off location. Trying to contact and speak with manager to review and go over extra charges. Finally 3and half day later, was able to get customer service to be able to refund charges.

Frank AOn-site staff would be good for customers to speak to. We had reserved and paid for a furniture dolly and furniture pads- neither of which was inside the truck. Had there been staff onsite this could have been rectified. Also dispite us reporting the missing items we were still charged for the furniture pads. No one called us as was noted when we checked in the vehicle. We purposely had chosen a time and site where there would be staff when booking and then our reservation was changed to online the night before our pick up date.

Tom SRented 20' truck with the Manager's understanding that I needed to take deck decking material to the dump. Was told that last summer the dumps were not accepting Uhaul trucks but thankfully they r now. Rented truck. Loaded truck. Went to dump. Refused entrance. Had to pay $600 to offload the deck materials from the truck to a private company. U haul will not credit my account as they were the ones that told me that I was good with the trip to the dump. County officials tell me Uhaul was notified. Only one not notified was me. $30 gas, wasted day, $600 to offload truck and 60 mile fee with daily $39 fee. Looking for refund and gas credit!!!! Extremely upset long term customer. UHAUL RENTERS BEWARE!!!! DONT GO HERE!!!
David SThe U- Haul online pickup system is terrible. I have never been able to complete the online pickup without something going wrong and eventually having to go to the counter person to complete the pickup.

robert jRun down building, no humans to help. It's a weird experience compared to going to a staffed Uhaul facility. First time renters would be confused. Luckily I have rented Uhauls before so I was familiar with the vehicle. Another renter was there picking up as well and became quickly frustrated. Truck was clean and overall my plans were executed without issue. Also, this was not the reservation I wanted to use. My reservation was switched from my first choice for some reason. This added miles and time to my day.
joseph dI didn't know I had to take the mileage before I locked up the truck and I don't want to be charged $20 for somebody to check the mileage. Also there was a glass mirror in the back of the truck one of those mirrors that are hanging on the back of the door and it was all broken up.
Christopher DMobile drop off did not recognize my location. UHaul customer service transferred me to a number that hung up on me and another that was just a voicemail.

Jennifer OThe self serve truck pickup option took much longer then expected. (Approx. 20 minutes) My requested appliance dolly and furniture pads were not in the truck. Had to drive to the next closest location that was 20 miles and an hour out of my way to only be compensated with a $20 credit towards my reservation. If I ever choose to use U-haul again, I would be sure to go the extra step to use the other pickup location that was staffed by a U-haul employee as well as all the moving accessories one could possibly need.
