Owner of the rental place was 30 mins late. He didn't have all the equipment I paid for either. He was completely incompetent and after being there for 45 mins,plus the 30 mins we waited outside for him to show up, I finally had enough and took whatever he had so I could just leave. The truck did work well

Location hours are 10 am, place opened at 10:12 am. Myself an another customer arrived at 9:55 am. About 10:05 am I called the toll free number to ask if there was a change in hours and opening hour was confirmed correct. The UHaul Associate arrived and opened shop. As he started to help with my reservation UHaul called and apologized for the delay and stated that a refund of 50$ would be provided. The associate was rude from the moment he unlocked the door as me and one other customer commented that we're glad he showed up because we both drove over an hour to get there. The associate comment was I was only 5 minutes late because I was getting your truck ready in the back. When I finished paying he asked if I wanted him to bring the truck around To front I said yes because I didn't know where the back was. As I waited in the front of the building he came back out and said the truck is in the front and gave me the keys. The truck bed inside was not swept out as well. I would not rent from this location again: the UHaul associate was not ready to help the customers at 10 am nor at 10:12( computer and printer not on and he had no sense of who ordered what, in addition he stated being late 5 minutes according to his clock was ok but my iPhone and the clock on the wall stated 10:12) then wanted to argue with me in front of my family. He then stated to me that the 50$ reimbursement was not a policy he knew about. In the end we got a truck and the lady who called from UHaul demonstrated excellence in customer care and satisfaction.She followed up to get someone in there then she followed up to see that I got a truck. She recognized and listened. UHaul through my moving experience has always been dependable and the most trusted moving service and this is my first choice. however this is the first time I rented from a support location which could be the problem. Thank you for asking for feedback which I hope will be used as a learning tool; the associate may just need coaching and perhaps additional resources to keep up with the responsibilities of the job. Also please recognize the great customer service lady that called me to ensure my not so great experience turned out good after all. Thank you.

App did not ask me to take a picture of the odometer before starting the rental. I went in the office and the guy there was on the phone with someone from HQ. The person on the phone had to ask me to provide my credit card number instead of the debit I provided on the app. They said if I get charged twice to give them a call, the number to call isn't working. At the end of the rental, the app asked for my credit again even though I provided my debit in the beginning and then my credit to over the phone. I was overall charged twice on my debit and credit and I can't contact anyone to get rid of one of the charges. The rental process was not smooth. I will be calling again.

Impossible to find. Does not appear to be a legitimate U-Haul location. Cigarette smell was awful. Drop-off was non-existent. Provides a negative image to U-Haul.

Operator is disorganized, had lots of excuses, got my truck an hour late, didn't have the furniture pads I ordered. Didn't submit my return til two days later. Would not return
