Don't give your customers a rental truck for one way that as soon as you get out of the parking lot the fuel light goes on. Make sure to completely clean inside all the candy wrapper and chip bags from under the seats and in the cab.

Robert CI've rented a U-Haul four times in my life. Everytime the process is difficult to get the truck. Very long time to get approved and before you can drive away. It eats into your rental time at least 30 min. Wish the process could be streamlined for customer efficiency
Mason MThe team was very friendly and helpful. I will go out of my way next time to rent from A plus auto. The help set up my reservation even though I was late picking it up and because of the storms and a late seller showing up to deliver my car I was towing, I ended up being almost 2 hours late delivering the trailer to them. They were very kind and even listened to me complain about my experience with the weather. Thank you for making my day a little better.

Robert CGreat experience. Needed a cargo van in a pinch to haul something, and they were able to help me quickly with no issues. Had a van in less than 5 minutes, and return was easy too. Made a stressful move so much better, not having to worry about transportation!

Dolores WThey tried to over charge me on mileage. I started at 124 786 and they wrote on papers 124 769 and then tried to charge me for 44 miles when I only drove 17. Luckily I had proof but I found it very shady and they tried to argue with me about it and tell me I was wrong. I had to call corporate to get someone to listen and show my proof.

Jeremy DWhere to park the vehicle was hard to find, especially since other people have blocked the entire parking to either side. Signs or information for pickup/drop-off would have been very helpful instead of wasting another bit of gas and mileage to drive to the other side.

Paul WWe were at drop location after hours and once again the app did not work correctly. There was error when trying to submit pictures of the truck. On phone Representative was helpful and eventually dropped off key in lock box.
Guy PI dropped it off before the location was open. I downloaded the app and it sucks! I tried 3 times to use it and after ten minutes I gave up. It could not find my location. The store called later after they opened and was very nice.
