George BixlerThe truck I rented today was a 15-footer and have used this location in times past. However this truck has got several issues including very rough idle which I'm sure affects fuel economy, AC didn't work very well, the windshield apparently leaks as I ran into rain it was dripping all over my leg and the truck needs an alignment and has loose steering. To me for the money I paid for this vehicle was subpar usage. I would appreciate if a supervisor reached out.
Tim BehnyReserved on line, called and called nobody answered, finally drove there and that lazy fat guy which never answer the phone tells me that he has nothing available, I told him I reserved one, he said online is always wrong and he had a slight bigger one for twice as much per month, walked out and rented from a different facility, the worse customer service.

Getro JosselinOn both my recent rentals, the office was closed and no one was available to accept the trailers. I left several voice messages during regular office hours, but with no response. On both occasions, I had to just drop off the equipment and hope that it was not stolen.

I was given fuel gauge estimate between 0,5 and 0,75 without any definitive lines to tell what the distant is. I took a photo of the measure and return the truck at the same spot as per my photo. I discovered that I was charged $9,95 for returning the unit at 5/8 gas instead of 7/8 gas. This is an apparent scheme to bill the consumer since no such indicators of measure was on the unit I rented. The truck was infested in the cab with what looks like fleas or some crawling bugs.

The day before they moved my pickup location 30 mins away, the truck was filthy, the two side doors did not open, there was a tire light on the whole time. I'm sorry but I just wanted things to go smoothly with my move and it did not.

However, they did not park it in a parking spot and instead right in the front of your store. This made it difficult to maneuver around to safely put the truck I rented back on your lot.

Gery brownReturned car transport trailer during business hours, but nobody there. Tried to back my vehicle off trailer with no assistance and tore off my bumper. Left vehicle and trailer overnight and left message to call me. No call back rest of that day or next day. Went back to business and asked attendant for his help resecuring my car, so I could take it to a body shop for repair my bumper. The guy never got out of his chair, and said, "I DON'T OFFER PERSONAL ASSISTANCE". I couldn't believe a U-haul company would conduct business in this manner. Thanks for nothing!!!

paul toupsI understand that events happen, but it was very inappropriate for us that, when we rented a 10' truck at noon, and realized we needed to return to get a motorcycle trailer, to find the place closed and locked up at 2. On a Saturday. I know post-covid that staff are limited, but at the very least try to get extra staff for days like Friday and Saturday, as that's when working folks do things like pick up battered motorcycles out of lockup. thanks

Maria Clacher | Expérience généraleThe location (A plus storage) itself was fine. However, the process was a nightmare. I reserved a uhaul a week in advance, for a specific location. My confirmation email included my reservation number and confirmed that specific location. When I got to the location I was told (very rudely) that he had no uhaul for me and that I needed to contact uhaul. So I called, the lady informed me my pickup location was changed, I told her I was never notified by phone or email of that change. I had to get a ride to the new location and when I got there there was a sign posted on the door that they were "Closed for maintenance ". So I had to call uhaul again and be walked through a virtual process in order to receive a truck. It took me an hour and a half and two arranged rides to finally get a uhaul. The experience itself was horrible. Drop off using the virtual process was not as bad, thankfully.

Corran CadeI was detoured to another location but was asked to call the local U-Haul number to find another rental. This took over 30 minutes as I was disconnected 3 separate times and had to call back. When I called the original rental location all he said was, "it's very busy because it's the end of the month"! That matters little to me as I think the customer service could be much better than just disconnecting a call so as to not deal with the caller.
