Very disappointed I was charge $42 for safe move when I was not asked amd I never take yhe insurance. Thus is deceiving and not good businesses practice.

We had originally ordered a truck and was told where to pick it up. When we arrived at that location the truck was there but we could not access the website to get our instructions. It wasn’t our phone service because all other internet was running fine. We had to go with a much smaller truck which meant we had to keep the truck overnight and it cost us more money. We have not been satisfied with this service

I rented a u-haul and a storage unit. The code I was given did not work at the gate and the place was closed by the time I returned ti put my things in storage.. It was cold and very frustrating that I had to leave all my belongings on the truck, purchase a lock to lock the truck overnight, until the next morning and my son had to miss the first part of work to unload the truck.

We originally reserved the truck in another location operated by the same company. They had no dollies, which seems like a problem with the U-Haul online reservation system. Worse, the truck was late due to another customer. The operator said he had called U-Haul the day before to warn them, but neither the operator nor U-Haul called me, the customer. The operator quickly moved our reservation to another location in town, and we got the truck only to find it had leaves and dirt in the back (not much, but enough that we were worried we would be charged if we didn't sweep it out).

The truck's cargo floor was very dirty. It had not been cleaned prior to my receiving it. However, the staff member that handled my rental was very nice and helpful! The rating I gave was because of her service.

The truck leaked and the gas wasn't where it was supposed to be. I know these things happen. I sent a photo of the issue hoping to get a discount. Unfortunately nothing was done to accommodate the problems. I ended up spending more for gas that I should have.

It started with the reservation. The transporter was not at the site requested. I was forced to drive to Villa Rica to hopefully find the right sized transporter available. I was originally charged double the regular rate because the first reservation was worthless.

The truck was very clean and drove well. AC, wipers, cab lights, radio, etc. worked fine. (I did notice it stayed in second gear too long before shifting to third gear.) Only problem was that the cargo area light was not working. That was not a problem until unloading my cargo at night at a poorly lit facility. (I didn't think to bring a flashlight.) When I realized I'd need the truck for an extra day it was quick and easy to arrange. The employees were polite and helpful. I will certainly use this U-haul site in the future.

At first I thought that the customer service was excellent until I returned a phone call today for Dillion. Maybe he was having a bad day who knows. However, he needs to learn to listen at the question being asked and stop trying to over talk or holler at a customer because he is having a bad day or made a mistake. Everyone don't have self control the next person he holler at may not brush it off like I did

When we arrived we did not have any of the equipment that we reserved online. We were promised furniture dollies, regular dollies, furniture pads with our reservation and they didn't have it. I was very upset with the service that we were provided and with the fact that what we reserved was not at our designated pick up location.

The customer service in the store was great as far as friendliness other than the fact that they sent me out in the wrong truck and I was billed over 1300 dollars over six weeks later for a truck that had not been taken out of my name before being given to another customer.

I received the U-haul at 47373.9 and returned it with 47383.4 but on my receipt I got, it was 47393.4. When I asked them about it yesterday, he told me he would fix it and send me another copy of the receipt but as of now, Friday afternoon. I have not received corrected copy. Maybe by Monday, he will send me corrected copy. I do not like the fact that 10 extra miles were added to my bill. I understand mistakes, but fix it and we can move on. Do not ignore when I catch a mistake and have not received correction. We are a local church who used the U-haul to move school supplies and other items to help families in our local area. It cost money to do help approximately 300 students and the $7.90 may not be much to you but every penny counts. I would appreciate the refund of the overage.
