Run remotely, everything done by phone. No help with hooking up the trailer and no inspection of the hitch or the hookup. Very poor service.

I was supposed to drop off in Danville location but this location called me to say that they do not accept my equipment- they sent me to another location where I had to complete a mobile check out myself. I questioned the change on my contract because I did not want to leave the equipment without talking to someone and handing in the keys. I called customer service and they informed me that there was a drop box and that I could leave the equipment and the new location. Omari from the first location was not accurate in the information he provided me and I was glad to talk to someone that knew what they were doing from customer service. Customer service gets a 5 star - Omari gets a 3 star.

James HarwoodThe gentleman that gave me the keys as well as the gentleman that took me to the truck and walked me around it were very professional, kind, and pleasant. The staff were great, the only possible improvement I could see would be to change out the customer chairs. I was only in there a minute because they were so efficient however the seats looked really stained. Not a complaint... Just a way to be even better :)

Brian CaulerI was given a truck with almost no gas and had to immediately put gas in it. When I returned the truck I was charged $25 for more gas. Not to mention the truck was not clean and rode horribly.

RONALD MORTONThe combination to the lock box was wrong. When that problem was solved, the key was not inside. I had to wait for the location to open to get the key. The attendant was late. He also tried to re-bill me. When I finally got the key to my vehicle, it was one hour and 20 minutes past my scheduled pick up time.

CRAIG SHILLINGERI was charged more because the original reservation was never completed by the store manager so the next day she created a whole new reservation which charged me a late return convenience fee, also, the gas gauge picture matched the one I took BUT I was still charged for gas to top off the tank for return. All in all I was charged an additional $48 for services I did not use.

Suzanne BruceAbsolute waste of my time. Rented the truck, made arrangements to meet and they stand me up. I then had to rent another U-Haul from another location. Then I notice a sign stating the U-Haul reservation guarantee. I then talked to some rep about the guarantee but apparently not meeting the reservation qualifies as counts... Their advertising is as sketchy as some of there locations.
