No hassel u-haul rental. The employees were nice. Everything went as planned, and I'll be back next time I need a rental.

Judith KI had no issues with the folks where I picked up my truck, however, had a number of issues trying to use the mobile ap to pick up, the screen kept going blank, so I finally went into the site to go through the process in person. I was able to use the mobile ap without a problem when I dropped it off.

Foster GWe reserved a truck in Doylestown, PA. They sent us to a place about 20 min away to get the truck. It was actually a car/truck repair garage in a bad location, disorganized & dirty. We had reserved 12 furniture pads. They gave us pads that had obviously been used in their repair work- dirty, smelly & stained with grease. We had no choice but to accept them as we were on a tight schedule. By the end of our move we had grease stains on our hands & clothes. Ironically, there was a nice UHaul Center about 1/2 mile away- why they didn't send us there is beyond comprehension. bad way to do business

Tracy PMaintain the cleanliness of the vehicle provided; leave at least some gas in the vehicle; the vehicle was close to empty when I rented it, provide better and easier instructions on renting a vehicle without utilizing employee assistance. Overall, this was a very poor experience.

tom sI made a reservation a month before the move close to where I live, three days before I was to pick up the truck U-Haul text me saying my pick up was moved to Warminster, Pa and their hours are 9 to 5 I had to leave work early to make the 5 o’clock pick up otherwise it was the 9 o’clock and I wanted to be on the road by 9 o’clock Saturday morning, I was able to load the truck Friday night and still was able to make my 9 o’clock departure.

VINEET BThe gentleman who answers the A and Z auto phone number was very helpful in guiding me through my first contactless pickup. Even after a long nightshift he explained to me the process I needed to go through which was not clear on U-Haul's documentation. The only reason I gave 4 stars not 5 is that I paid for but did not receive a hand truck and furniture pads.

Michael KThe rental process of the van has no issues and the van was great. My issue came at return and after. They associates did not appear willing to walk into the office to get me a receipt (which I need to expense) and instead told me I would receive with in the hour. Four hours later I had still not received it so I called the shop. They told me the system was down and only solution I was offered was to wait til the morning when he would send it out first thing. I then waited till 1pm for the receipt which was over 24 hours from when I dropped of the van. Still has not received it so I called the shop again. This time there was no answer and I couldn't leave a message because the voicemail is full. I called again an hour later and again went to a full voicemail. It should not be this hard to get a receipt. I was skeptical of of renting from this shop as they were not a Uhaul and next time I will take my business to someone else Order number 29964845

SUKANTA DMy only suggestion is to make sure you pick up when they are opened because I had issues with the app. However it was probably on my end and not the app since I am challenged when it comes to doing things on my phone without my kids around. But all around it was great.

WILLIAM LThey were very helpful. I actually rented the Uhaul from them but had to go to 1418 Easton Rd, which was a nightmare. I had originally asked for a one way and had to change. I called them and they were extremely helpful. Complete opposite of the people at my pick-up location.

VUGAR MThere are no signs telling you where to go to pickup the rental or where the office is. The personal were very nice, but it was not a very nice place for a lone woman to go to. I was given a key and told the van was parked out on the street. There were multiple vans and I didn't know how to identify my rental. I did find it unaided by trying the key in each van door until one unlocked. The van was having a problem which may have been a short in the electrical system. The dash lights flickered on and off.
KATHRYN HI don't think this location typically is a pick-up spot for U-Haul. Generally, the truck was clean, but had a bad odor. Also, they made me fill up the truck with gas.

Steven CTry to have all reserved equipment in the same place...not 25 miles away...and then expect the renter to just drive that extra 50mi RT and pay gas. Don't give the excuse that "it's just the way uhaul does it..." 'cause that's super dumb. You don't go to one chain restaurant with your reservation for two and then be told to go across town because they're out of tables. Also don't forget the easy things like blankets and dollies (cause that was another trip out of the way). Nothing else better to do during a big move!

Reginald MThrough no fault of the owner, he was not available at our pick up time due to dealing with the aftermath of a job with his main business. Upon arrival, he was great and he did apologize. Also we did not want this pick up location. We selected one closer to where we were picking up furniture and when we got the confirmation two days before, the location was changed by UHaul.

robert HWhen I arranged for the rental at the Horsham, PA location, I spoke with William and he quoted me the price of the truck rental. I asked him if there any other charges and he said only a $5 environmental fee. NO OTHER FEES. Well when I picked up the rental at the Warminster, PA location he added sales tax and a motor vehicle tax ($10). I asked him about this and he said everyone pays theses fees. NOW, my main complaints - your U-Haul agent (Will) opened the office door and pointed to my rental. He did not take me to it, nor did he tell me or explain to me the towing feature of this truck. I did not know anything about the towing as I was not towing anything. When I opened the door I saw peanuts and trash on the floor. I went home with the truck and cleaned up the passenger area. Driving the truck I noticed that it was very sluggish, slow to respond and very bad on gas (15 mpg). The transmission whined at high speeds and on slight inclines, the truck reacted very slow. When I returned the vehicle in Florida, I told this agent about my bad experiences with the truck. He told me that the truck is always in towing mode, you have to turn it off and this will improve the ride if you are not towing anything (which I was not). Because of the lack of information from the rental pickup location I spent much more money in gas than I should have. I would never recommend them to anyone.
