Nice Self Storage Facility with U-Haul Rentals. I Did the whole rental via the U-Haul website. it was a seamless and easy process. I also got to meet the onsite manager, and I was blown away by his charisma, wide breadth of knowledge, and intelligence. On-Site Self Storage with great rates, and even better customer service. Have associates who are knowledgeable in rental and moving issues so they can advice and recommend the correct rental equipment .The associate that handled my situation was very knowledgeable courteous and helpful in making my experience a smooth one especially in computerized processing

There was no one at the location. Contact the Telephone number the gentleman that answe the telephone was very helpful & knowledgeable. He assisted completing application. Very respectful qith Great customer service

Everything was pretty clear with all the instructions on the app. One possible thing to improve would be to show long long approximately the “awaiting approval” process would be.

I'm not as technologically savvy as I would like, however the staff member made my experience seem effortless. He walked me through the rental process and had me on my way in no time.

The Uhaul person DID NOT SHOW UP TO RENT US THE TRUCK!!!!! The property manager (THANK GOD ) was able to check us out. RIDICULOUS!! But he struggled through the process and it took longer than it should have.

Reached at the location and there were no one there to assist me on time and I didnt get what I paid for, need someone on sight and things would be better, vehicle was well maintained and clean

The truck that i had i had to go in 40 mph because even if i pressed the gas the truck did not go more than that. I am really disappointed i move 1 hour 20 min with the truck it tucked me 2 hours and 30 min

Went to pick up tb vehicle and the manager was no there because he was making "a run". His friend/ colleague helped me out to put my other in. This was was very nice and pleasant to work with but if I have a 9am reservation and I arrive at 9:15 (to a location I didn't choose- Fairfield originally)... I expect to be met on time, and not wait "10 minutes".

I booked a location that would be open. Uhaul changed it on my to one where I needed to use the app. The app is buggy and I needed to call uhaul to get the check in to work. I am very unlikely to use uhaul ever again. I hired movers and wasted over an hour trying to get the truck and by driving from a location that uhaul changed on me that was far.

Had difficulty checking in and out by phone.was very very frustrating for me. got there on time to pickup truck did not leave for 75 mins. On my phone trying to get some help not knowing what to do. Same when' l got back and tried to check out. No one was nice or helpful on the phone my phone went dead eventually.Never again.
