I had to park and walk in mud, it would be great if the parking lot were concrete instead of mud, I guess I picked the wrong day to rent the truck.

Easy and no hassle. Friendly service, even hooked up my trailer because of a back injury I couldn’t lift it!

i reported damage strip and was told it would be repaired on site. gave paper work to show what was turned in and what was on contract.very helpful.

We prepaid. The funds were taken out of my Account. I had to borrow 20 dollars from someone else. The balance was then taken out of the other parties account that had nothing to do with the rental. Also, poorly run. We waited 30 minutes between us paying and someone coming in that could actually give us the key. Then they lost the key, found the key and then called to say they never got the key. Also, we took pics of how much has and the ending miles when we left the truck there is about ,159 miles difference. I think someone there is ripping off the customers. I will bring it before my lawyer and the BBB. THE FUNDS DUE SHOULD NEVER Have BEEN Charged TO THE Credit PARTY p THAT Loaned THE ,10.OO ,AS This Constitutes Fraud. YOU WILL NE HEARING From ME UNLESS YOU RETURN THOSE FUNDS TO Ms Patricia McCormick and rebill the balance to me. Brenda Albanese. ,9126158971. I expect a phone call ASAP or I will file charges.

This may be a U-haul issue and not the retailer's. Having better operable trucks and not keeping the newer one or ones specified for long hauls as in-town moves are just as important, and also more available trucks just in case issues arise with trucks and for walkin customers. The staff were nice and accommodating, so I really don't believe it was there fault. Overall, I got my move completed with hope and a prayer that the truck would not go out on me.

Your inclosed trailers need Jack stands, I would not have been able to hook and unhook if I didn't carry a jack with me.

U-Haul system moved my reservation to a city 100 miles away without telling me, until 6 PM the night before my move. I had to scramble to make other arrangements. Your notification system needs improvement!

Let's start by saying Tire King is a joke and I would NEVER recommend them. U-haul on Pamela Way bailed me out. I have rented three times from them and will always recommend them over anybody in Statesboro

Lady where we got the U-Haul went far beyond what I have experienced in the past. Even helped me lift up the trailer tongue to hook everything up. Sweet and very helpful!! I wish I could remember her name. If you happen to get this mam'……. I sure do thank you for everything!

I placed a reservation online and was overcharged at the office. I also was shorted miles that were allowed because I agreed to return the vehicle to Chattanooga, not Cleveland where I asked to go. I was charged over $160 extra dollars. I called the office three times and left messages and have not heard a peep from them. I reported it to uhual and was told they opened a claim and would get back within three days. I haven't back from U-Haul yet either.

While building itself was clean and the people working there helpful, it was frustrating that the man who came in right behind me kept interrupting and trying to leave his equipment while the lady was talking with me. It made it worse when she engaged with him trying to answer a question when I wish she would have just said, 'I'll be with you in just a minute.' When she was trying to simultaneously trying to help him it only delayed my wait. It was also very confusing not to have a clearly marked way to enter the location. It appeared there was only one way in and I didn't know how to back my truck up with a trailer attached. Not that they were rude about it, they just seemed like they were having to go out of their way to help me get my trailer unhitched and me out of there. Definitely need directional signage, especially if I was supposed to have backed in to the location as they indicated. Not user friendly.

The issue was I parked the uhaul on the uhaul lot the night before leaving to new destination. I had to get car trailer I hauled for uhaul. That night someone stole the converter that controls the muffler noise. It was horrible for 5,5 hour driving. So the trip sucked.plus hauling the car. I check in my truck several hours before it was due and I have gotten a late charge invoice. The destination side sucked. They were never there. Dropped car trailer off at 4 pm and returned the truck at 9pm the next night but went back at 9am to check out but there was no one there again. So I did online checkout. I am getting charged extra money that I should not be getting charged.

Not sure why I was charged a $20 offer hours fee. I returned it the date it was due. If they don't accept it on Sundays that should be noted in the agreement

Location was closed but easy to drop off at. I would have rather dropped off at another location that was closer to my home and open but was told that would be an additional charge.

My U-Haul truck rental was perfect from start to finish. The Folks at A1 North Mini Storage were very friendly and helpful. I could not have asked for better service. They can provide everything you need for moving. I would definitely recommend them.

No one was there...Big sign on door said to park at the far end of the lot or be fined $25. What a way to welcome weary traveler!

This location was wonderful...however, we were routed to them after our first assigned pick-up place was not open when we went to pick the vehicle up. Total Tire and Auto on Northside Drive in Statesboro was the name of the place.

The location had no internet service, so I could not pick up or return the truck without the help of a customer service representative.

I originally made a reservation with Tire King as the website said what I needed was available. When I went to pickup at Tire King, staff was rude and unhelpful and stated he had just rented what I already reserved. I had to go to another location to get what I needed. The Lady at A1 301 Mini Storage was helpful. I won't go back to Tore King nor will I recommend to anyone else. I will use A1 Mini Storage again

Drop the trailer less than 24hrs after rental, location open only 3hrs a day. Got charged for drop off after hours...

I made a sane day reservation and was truly grateful that the facility was open and had what we needed fir a one way rental. The staff was extremely pleasant and personable and the process to pick up the equipment was easy. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Nothing to improve. They were really nice and really helpful. And had to call numerous times but she was always very nice every time. This place is highly recommended to all. A shout out to Sonya. She's the one I always spoke with.
