RAUL AThere was a lot of confusion. My location for pick up was changed last minute. I didn't see the change and went to my original pickup location. I didn't understand what to go for their office at first and finally seen that I was supposed to go to the orange park location. I decided to call orange park to confirm that my location has changed but when they answered the phone I was placed on hold and never answered again. I called 3 times and this was the case every time. I drove over to orange park because I didn't know what was going on. I ended up calling A1 and asking if she so had my reservation. She said yes so I went back over to Joe John's road and found the office with the help of the young lady on the phone. She confirmed she no longer had my reservation from the A1 moccasin but she still had the truck and because of my trouble she helped me out and let me have the truck still. I would go to the A1 location over the orange park location any day of the week because they were kind and answered the phone. They were understanding. It felt like a family in there and they did what they could to help me. Orange park couldn't even bother to answer the phone.
Heather RI was charged $250 more when I picked up our truck. The woman working at this location was very short with us. She was incompetent and not knowledgeable at all. When she called the day before she quoted us a lower price . Our truck was not ready.We had to wait over an hour to pick up, then it took another hour to check it out. Never use this location!

JORSWA CThe return location didn't properly check in and return my vehicle. I received a phone call 4 days have the return asking me to return it. Additionally, I was charged $39 for 8 gallons of gas when the vehicle was returned with 1/16 of a tank less than what it rented. In the future, I'll rent and return to a different location for my business needs.

Bonni TThis location is located on a side road and further back, looks like a junkyard. The location was not clear on how to get to the desk as it's behind gates and not easily visible. Returning vehicle was not easy as where to park was not marked and overall also a frustrating process.
Suzy ZLocation is super sketchy (wooded, dirt path, roosters, ect)... which i did not choose. They called me the day before and told me they didn't have a truck for me and that I'd have to pick up at this other location. If you are a female, don't go alone. Junk yard workers next door whistling at you. Definitely not the expected neighborhood friendly Uhaul store. Oh, and don't forget your bug spray.
Bobbi BThe original place I went to get a truck only had 10' and I needed 20'. So I had to drive another 27 miles to a place with a 20' in the middle of a salvage yard. THEN get charged for the extra mileage. Not cool.
RICHARD SMaybe notify me earlier than one hour before the place closes that the location of the pickup changed. Other than that everything was good. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and hooked everything up for me.

Clifford HThe gentleman at this location was extremely nice. He helped me back the truck in a parking spot. There is no clear signs to direct someone to the office. Office is in a scrap yard. Overall everyone at this location was very nice.

Robert LThere were no tail lights and no lights on the dash board whatsoever. Then, I drove only 13 miles and I put 10 dollars of gas in but I was still charged 8 dollars for fuel?!?! I even returned the truck early!

Rachael MTracy inadvertently mixed up the Pickup and Drop off location on the rental form. When I turned it in, they charged me a $200+ wrong location fee. When I notified Tracy, she tried calling the location and was not successful. She told me I had to call 1-800-UHaul to start a dispute. I would have thought she could have fixed the situation. Now I have opened up a dispute and have had to waste my time for a mix up that I didn't create.

Michael PThis place was great, but when I arrived at the original pick up point, they didn't have a trailer for me. They said that I was off there list and needed to go to another place. Communication is not a strong point.

John MThe staff was very helpful! The truck however was on empty. I got a credit for that but it was stressful that the first stop we had to make was straight to the gas station before we ran out of fuel.

All the way from Green Cove Springs, Fl to Barrington,NH there was a terrible noise coming from the front area near the glove box. Sounded like a dog playing with a squeaky toy! The entire trip listening to this was so annoying. I would NOT recommend ANYONE picking up a truck from the location in Middleburg, FL. It has really turned me off from ever rent from haul again!!! and the heat coming off the floor was unbearable.

Maria MI was very disappointed that I was not able to rent one of the MANY uhauls I see in my hometown to use for ELECTION EQUIPMENT DELIVERY. This is a very important job and we rely on box trucks like U-haul. Instead of allowing us to rent a truck to keep in town, we were forced to go to a pickup location 45 minutes away and then return it to that same location...45 minutes away. These are taxpayer dollars we use for these rentals and to add millage and gas for that distance is just unnecessary when there are TRUCKS SITTING IN LOTS IN OUR TOWN!
