The person running said that they would be back at 3:30. I showed up 30 minutes earlier for my appointment at 4 o'clock. He did not make it there until 4:45. Timelines.

This location was poorly managed and we ended up waiting 30 minutes after our appointment time for someone to show up. The person who showed up also failed to inform us that we would have to bring the U-Haul all the way back after we explicitly said we wished to drop off the truck at our destination. They said it would be fine to drop it off there and we had to later find out this predicament on our own.
Kiley CGood drop off point. A little out of my way, but the U-Haul app decided that was the ONLY U-Haul place I could return equipment to 🤷🏼♂️

Steven SThe owner couldn't pull up my contract online, but was helpful in getting the trailer I needed for a few hours. However, I received my receipt just now and it is incorrect. I did not rent furniture pads $5, nor a utility dolly $3, nor did I agree to the $5 safe trip. I did purchase the $8 Safe Tow. I am due a refund of $13 + tax.
