Amanda CIt's a new business. They really really need to get their new sign up out where people could find the place much much easier ASAP!! If it weren't for Kristine being a "AAA" employee we would have never found the place. Also Patrick at the U-Haul in Gulfport Ms was awesome because he was on the phone trying to direct us to the new U-Haul on seaway!! Kudos for U-Haul having these 2 employees. We would have never got our transport that day had it not been these 2 working together!!! Now that's awesome customer service!!
Stephen MIt was 35 degrees when i picked my truck up. The heat did not work. I also do not like the fact. That I had to come to this location to pick up this truck when there was a location with the truck i could of used closer

CALVIN CThe price of the auto transport trailer that i rented was inflated because where i was dropping it off didn't need it. We were able to negotiate a decent price but it was still double what it should have been. The price should be the same to the consumer no matter the need. Crappy way to do business!
