The place just didn't have a good feel to it. The guy there was not unfriendly, but not friendly either. I get the impression it was just his personality.Dave S.
I called first and the person said come down it's here it's ready. I got there 20 minutes later and he was the only one there and proceeded to let everyone but in front of me to buy lottery tickets etc. while I waited almost 40 minutes. He then tried to get me to write on a pen and paper all of my information I told him I wasn't comfortable with that I had done it all online. He then proceeded to huff and puff and said he had to turn his laptop on. He then proceeded to wait on more people in front of me. The inside of the truck was filthy food crumbs a half inch of dust all over the dashboard. The check engine light came on almost immediately. The next morning when I woke up the two auto trailer tires on the driver side or flat. I put air in them it must be a slow leak because they did hold up for the day. I had to put air in them again before I returned it. I told him about these issues and he did not seem interested. Very disappointed.Darren F.

Very nice man who owns the gas station but he's one guy and super busy. This is the 2nd time I needed a UHAUL trailer and he was the only one who had the 5x8 available. Nothing wrong with this location but judy time consuming.Karin W.

Once again your company moved my return location multiple times. Of course the subsequent location was not in favor of the customer. More mileage, time and gas. From my experience, U-Haul is a terrible company to have to deal with. I have NO desire to have to deal with you ever again. I am telling everyone I know to stay far away from U-HAUL.Vickie R.

If you are not going to have crank lifts, have a person every time to lift it, its way to heavy for any average person. Cost me an extra $100 to buy jacks and stands when full. Also , I hit my head on the foof and the rivetts cut me. Not at all good. The drop off was great, those people represent you well!Kent W.

Gentlement was nice howevet it is important to ensure the Uhaul equipment is working optimally. (The truck tire was going flat and I ended up having to get road side assistance later in the same evening. It was also leaking fluid and it ruined the driveway I pulled into (staining the concrete with oil/fluid from the rear wheel passenger side. Also, the haul representative needs to ensure connection to Uhaul payment and reservation gateway is working properly. It was not and he tried 10 times over the course of 45 minutes and ended up finally creating a manual ticket. Check out time was over 1 hour. Ensure the uhaul location has another individual to assist instead of one person running a quick mart register and also attempting to operate a Uhaul location.Mark M.
Very nice man but he was running the gas station store and filling in Uhaul contracts. I felt like it took way longer than it needed too. Thankfully another customer attached the hitch and connected the lights for me while the one man show was dealing with other customers. He did check all the connections before I was able to leave.Karin W.

The owner started SCREAMING at us as soon as arrived. I asked for help and she said no. She told me if I didn't like the trailer up perfectly that she wouldn't accept it and would charge me extra. I asked for help - again, she said no. Yelling at me the entire time and belittling me. I did the online checkout and left, so she called me to tell me she was charging me extra fees and continued to belittle me. If extra charges show up on my credit card I will be calling U-Haul corporate to discuss.Judith C.

The trailers should be on pavement so they can be more easily maneuvered. There should be an employee available to assist, or even hook up the trailer to ensure it is done safely and properly and to test the lights.Denise D.

The owner's of this location are friendly, helpful and the easiest pick up and drop off experience I've had renting a truck or trailer.Todd A.
After declining insurance this location slipped it back in on my contract. Truck was filthy. I had to clean the seats before we could use it. Several items were also left in the truck from previous rental. Prior to picking up rental I was contacted twice telling me that the first truck would not be available and they would have to substitute for another truck. After this I received a second phone call saying that truck was not available and we had to go to another truck. Not a great experienceEddie S.

Made an unnecessary 40 mile trip to a drop off destination as instructed on my confirmation only to find out that they did not have more room for the 5x8 trailer and I should find another Location. I called U-Haul service center and after 30 minutes on the phone I was directed to another corporate location that was reluctant to accept the drop-off but finally did. I was asked questions like where did you get the drop off location when it was stated on the conformation receipt. I was told no one would be there to help me hook it up. When I did get there the total trailer was filled with rocks. I had to sweep it out myself as the owner could not leave their convenient store. It took me close to an hour to clean it out. An hour of my time is worth more than the $35 rental fee. Better yet she is going to charge the previous renter. So she's making money off me cleaning.
