There were homeless folks living in the abandoned store. When I asked if the tank was full, he said yes. When I checked it said 3/8 full. He also said the mileage was correct. He also did not have furniture pads. It really could be done better here. It looked like a ran down zombie apocalypse happened there, it felt very unsafe.

There were 2 26' trucks side by side. In the past the person renting the U-Haul would walk out with us, identify the truck we were renting, and go over any scrapes or damages already done to the truck. This would have helped. We did take pictures of beginning gas mileage and the few scrapes we found on the truck. Also, when we dropped off the truck, that person said we had the insurance. I told the guy we rented it from that I did not want the insurance as I had called visa and was already covered. I went back in the store to get paperwork and a receipt and he said it would be emailed to me. I never received it.

The GPS navigation didn't take me to teh exact place. They also need to have a visible sign at the shopping center entrance and also on the facility

I think if you return your rental earlier than expected you should get some of your money back since the rental is based on how many days you will use the truck. My rental was due back Monday and I returned it on Sunday and if that is the case I think you should return a days rental back to the customers.

I paid for a dolly rental that was not supplied in my truck and there store was closed. There was no option through the U-Haul check in process to say that something was missing. The man who called to check in on my rental the day before was very nice. However, I was charged $10 for a dolly rental that I did not receive. Also the truck sounded as if it needed service. It did not accelerate well at all, and one of the tires creaked.

Saturday hours advertised as 8-4. Me and another person had reserved on-line and completed on-line check. Both of us were there at 8AM to pickup keys but A2Z was closed. The other person called at 8:15 and the owner arrived at 8:30. Said he wasn't informed about the rentals. He was very nice and very apologetic but definitely not prepared. Not a great start to the experience.

I reserved 24 moving pads but location had none. Was told that I could go to another Uhaul location to get them. After we finished the registration process, he told me, "the trailers are over there at the end of the parking lot". He did not offer to help me hook up the trailer. I am 65 years old with a bad back and could not pick up the trailer tongue even though I attempted to do so for sometime. Paying for it this morning!!! I finally had to walk back to the office and request assistance. He finally came out and hooked up the trailer.

The gentleman helping me could not have been more pleasant. It appears that there are two businesses in one building, and he was from the cafe and not the liquidator. The internet was not working so he had to do everything over the cell phone with his Uhaul rep. This of course took several minutes. Picking up the trailer hitch from the ground to put it on my truck was almost impossible for me to lift. When I returned the trailer to the site the same man did tlift the trailer hitch off my truck as I had to tell him I couldn't do that by myself. I thought I was picking the trailer from another dealer in town but after my reservation was completed I was redirected to pick up my reservation at this other dealer. Again the person I delt with was really very nice but the experience was not a good one overall.

I did a mobile pick up so didn't interact with anyone. The area I dropped the vehicle off was poorly lit, but other than that the instructions I was given were easy to follow.

This was a terrible experience. It took 1,75 hours to get a truck that we reserved online. 1. They changed our location without calling or texting us. Instead they simply sent an email that was buried in advertisements. 2. The original location was closed although their sign said open at 8:00am and open. 3. The phone number on an update was for a 3rd location and the person that answered was clueless about what was going on. 4. Your territory supervisor thought adding a couple of miles or an additional day. Both things we did not need. He was insulting and didn't care to address their real issue. 5. We reserved online with al info but the person at the 2nd location had to re-enter all information again. Let me correct, my husband had to enter the info since the only employee in their office slowly typed with one finger. 6. We registered and checked in online due to Covid-19 but were forced to work with an employee who was not practicing CDC recommendations. 7. We were 2 hours late because of your company and had to rush our packing. We are extremely dissatisfied with the handling of our reservation and will not recommend or use your company in the future. Extremely disappointed.
