Jeff BTruck was clean and serviceable, only concerns are, windshield wipers should be replaced and the steering had a lot of play in it. All in all it performed as I expected and had no major problems. Would rent a U-Haul again.

keith jI was very impressed with AAA mini storage. I reserved the smallest moving truck for $19.95. The lady that works for AAA said that truck was going out for a oil change so she upgraded me to a larger truck at no additional cost, I was speechless. By getting the larger truck I was able to move what I needed in less time. I will be back. Thank-you AAA Mini Storage.

MICHAEL MThere was nothing wrong with this location in Goldsboro. However I originally made my reservation in Farmville and they did not have my vehicle and I pre-paid to assure availability. So the day of my move I'm scrabbling to find a truck . I had to call U-Haul company myself to find one and assure I had one. I had to drive further to get the truck than I intended to and feel that I should have been compensated better for having to drive more miles than expected.
Melissa TCandice was a great help! My vehicle did not have the right connector, so she helped me by providing an adapter & hooking it up.
