No improvements necessary, but the to the beautiful soul that assisted me in Winston Salem, NC, she went above and beyond her job title. Her spirit was so kind I hugged her twice. She helped me in so many ways on my visit and my only regret is that I didn't catch her name but maybe you can check the records and please let her know I said thank you again. For everything

WYATT MAYESMake sure equipment reserved two weeks in advance is available. If by some chance it's not, don't make it out to be the customer's fault, apologize for necessary equipment not being available. Make sure the trucks tire pressure is acceptable and when the customer tells you it isn't, don't blow them off. Make sure equipment is clean.

They explained the process and needs to rent the truck. They are what I would hire as office staff if I wanted to open that type of business. Thank you for the assistance not only in the truck that served the needs but also the office staff. It all worked out very well. I will use U-haul and your location if the needs ever comes around again. THANKS AGAIN!!

In a matter of minutes Sandi was calling back. I ask you, when does that ever happen! We are new to NC and Sandi made me feel so welcome. She had the answers I needed about the size of the rental we needed. I will certainly reach out to her for any moving and storage need we have. Was also told I would receive $50 because our reservation was not processed correctly and a truck wasn't available at our original location and our reservation had to be changed. Still haven't received that $50.

Bruce ArmstrongOnce I get to location tomorrow the truck no was here that works for U-Haul and the guy that came to the door told me the U-Haul worker was already gone for the day and tried to get me to take my U-Haul to a new address b he say there was no where to park my truck ... My experience with U-Haul sucked I probably wouldn't have used them after 2 trucks I reserved was not at the pine bluff location but Penske was more because I didn't reserve in the head of time like I did with U-Haul... So yea me renting again I wouldn't unless that's all I have available.. break down trucks not available... Truck nasty, wasn't clean at all... Wiper blades needed replacing... Gas hand wasn't in the right spot.. and truck needs work tune up or something

Uses words like, "You people and Your kind". Need I say more? Maybe you should ask her what can be done to make job better. I would not refer a friend and have located other U-Hauls for any future needs. Merci.

Taylor SmithThe truck I rented had a hard pull to the left. It needs a front end alignment. The brakes squealed and was hard to stop. The lady that rented me the truck was very sweet and helpful. I would definitely recommend someone that needed storage space. The office was clean and well taking care of. The truck just had a lot of issues.
Penny LoganOnline check in was was paid for and confirmed (by out of area Dad, Terry). Checked in advance with online reps who said 2nd driver (local 39 yo son, Ryan) could pick up truck. ID online. At store, rep would not release truck to son in person. Said Dad, who was out of the area, needed to be present. Took 1,5 hours to resolve.

Emelito ArmecinThe website 24/7 hour check in is not user-friendly at all. Did NOT tell me my truck #, did NOT tell me the code to unlock the back to obtain the keys for the Truck, did NOT give me any direction for fuel gauge level. Overall, I had to ask the desk guy for help the entire process. He also mentioned that the website/app is very confusing.

Clarence CoxI was sent there when a truck was not available at the mobile location I booked. But he said the location I was returning but a different location was on the contract which I did not catch until I was returning the truck. I had to drive 32 back to Winston-Salem vs 12 miles to where I was originally booked to drop off. Therefore it cost me $47 more for over mileage. Appreciate that.

Michael StancillThe equipment was clean and externally well maintained. Would recommend someone check the front right wheel bearing, as there is loud noise coming from the front. At first thought it might be the tires making the noise but as I made right hand turns, the noisy gets lower. Was okay for local moves but wouldn't want to take it across the state. The people were excellent and will come back the next time we need to rent from U-Haul!!

Patricia BlairThe online check-in process was not good. Despite my renting a van, the website showed a picture of a rolling hatch of a truck with instructions for unlocking the gate. The 1-800 customer service support was unhelpful as well. I ended up standing in cold rain for half an hour before finally cracking the case like Sherlock Holmes.
